Clean and spacious rooms. Large balcony

Cons:

It is unacceptable to pay 300 euros for a night's stay and not have shower gel and hand soap for 3 days... Paid extra for a room with a view of the pool and got a room from which the pool cannot be seen.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel à Alcudia
Pros:

Le club et le restaurant (buffet du soir)

Cons:

L’insonorisation (bruits de la route extérieure).
Les chambres toutes blanches sans décoration (impersonnel)
L’accès à l’eau potable (2 petites bouteilles seulement par jour et par chambre). Il manque des fontaines à eau à tous les étages pour boire.
Le mobilier de la chambre (armoire de rangement IKEA très bas de gamme)

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Astoria Playa et en repartons avec une impression extrêmement positive.
Un grand bravo tout d’abord à l’ensemble du personnel, quel que soit le service : accueil, restauration, entretien… Nous avons rencontré partout des personnes professionnelles, disponibles, souriantes et attentionnées. C’est vraiment l’un des points forts de l’établissement.
La propreté est irréprochable, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les parties communes.
Nous avions choisi la demi-pension et avons été particulièrement satisfaits : le buffet du dîner est varié, de qualité et très bien présenté. Même constat pour le petit-déjeuner, très complet et excellent. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts.
L’ensemble de l’hôtel est très agréable et les prestations sont d’un excellent niveau.
S’il fallait malgré tout trouver un petit point à améliorer, ce serait peut-être la literie qui, à notre goût, n’est pas tout à fait au même niveau que l’excellence générale de l’établissement. Cela reste cependant un détail au regard de la qualité globale de notre séjour.
Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de l’Astoria Playa et nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !

Perfecta ubicación y comida excelente.
Pros:

La comida es increíble. Tanto el desayuno como la cena. El personal súper amable dispuesto siempre a ayudar. Resaltar a Albany en el restaurante que fue fantástica su atención en todo momento increible su saber estar y disposición en todo momento.

Cons:

Las camas tienen problemas con colchones que se hunden en zona del centro. Nos quejamos y nos cambiaron de habitación. La situación mejoró pero no del todo. Un hotel de esta categoría creo debe cuidar mas los detalles tan importantes como cama y almohadas sobre todo para los que es muy importante un buen descanso.

Localização, muito perto da praia (4minutos a caminhar); restaurante excelente, com possibilidade de pequeno almoço e jantar; entretenimento, com música ao vivo à noite; simpatia dos funcionários.

Insonorização pouco eficaz, aconselho a quem é mais sensível ao barulho a levar tampões para os ouvidos. Nada mais a referir.
