Endroit charmant avec pleins de petits recoins.
From start to end of our stay this hotel was excellent and will be revisited and recommended.
Easy check in, a few stairs later and we were in a spacious room with a valley view.
Kettle , fridge , air con, excellent shower , comfortable bed.
Breakfast selection was excellent to be taken in a lovely peaceful courtyard.
Magnificent cool pool amongst a peaceful area, plenty beds for all.
All staff were super smiley and engaging.
Owners on site , very helpful and assisting.
Close proximity to the village and the hills!

Assolutamente niente .
Esperienza estremamente negativa – totale mancanza di assistenza
Esperienza purtroppo estremamente negativa, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di un hotel 4 stelle.
Durante il soggiorno una delle due ospiti ha avuto un problema di salute ed è stata costretta a rimanere in camera. Abbiamo chiesto semplicemente se fosse possibile prepararle del riso in bianco, ma ci è stato risposto che non era possibile perché l’hotel non dispone di un servizio ristorante con cucina. Il giorno successivo, visto che continuava a stare male e non aveva mai usufruito della colazione, ho portato in camera due fette biscottate e un bicchiere di acqua e limone presi dal buffet. Mi è stato immediatamente detto che non era consentito portare cibo in camera, senza alcuna considerazione per la situazione.
Al momento del check-out, la mia amica stava ancora molto male e non era nelle condizioni di lasciare la stanza. Abbiamo quindi chiesto un late check-out, spiegando nuovamente la situazione, ma ci è stato negato perché l’hotel era sold out. Ci è stata concessa la permanenza fino alle 12 circa.
Alle 12:20 abbiamo ricevuto su WhatsApp un messaggio dai toni che abbiamo ritenuto inaccettabili e intimidatori, nel quale ci veniva comunicato che avremmo dovuto pagare 100 € ogni 15 minuti di ritardo (alleghiamo lo screenshot).
Abbiamo nuovamente spiegato che, per motivi di salute, non eravamo ancora in grado di lasciare la struttura e chiesto una soluzione. Ci è stato nuovamente risposto di no. Nel frattempo, però, su Booking risultava disponibile una camera a circa 320 €, mentre la struttura ci proponeva una camera standard a 370 €. Alla fine, pagando 340 €, ci è stato magicamente permesso di rimanere nella nostra stessa camera, nonostante fino a poco prima ci fosse stato detto che l’hotel era completamente sold out.
Al di là della questione economica, ciò che ci ha colpite maggiormente è stata la totale mancanza di empatia e assistenza nei confronti di una persona che stava male.

Amazing hotel beautiful scenery staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Special thanks to Serena the lady behind the bar making our holiday extremely special and also the other staff were so welcoming. We will be returning next year . One of our favourite places to visit .
