Beautiful hotel but get confirmation on your room
Pros:

Very unique and beautiful property with traditional feel complemented by modern facilities. Overall we had a fantastic stay here and loved the town of San Pantaleo - was a perfect base to explore the north of Sardinia

Cons:

Our initial room with balcony looked onto a vacant lot with construction materials and was relatively dark with reference to the photos provided in our booking

We were able to move rooms after paying for an upgrade an additional(€200) - after paying for this upgrade, the new room is what we expected for the price of our initial room. However, we did appreciate the staff being accomodating of our request

The air conditioning did not work in our upgraded room for c. 24 hours on a 34° day which did not allow us to sleep comfortably - we had to sleep with all windows open which left us exposed to mosquitos and the sound of the street. The staff could only offer an apology and did not seek to offer any complementary services or partial refunds as we have seen as standard at other hotels.

Very nice staff ( the young girl that ran the afternoon pool bar very happy and efficient ).
Great breakfast and poolside snacks.

Cons:

More room and sunbeds around pool as can easily fill up as small for size of hotel.

A trully beautiful experience
Pros:

The hotel is a piece of art. The aesthetic of the building, the gardens and pool all excellent. The rooms also were spacious enough and really nice. The breakfast area was also excellent and to tell you the truth the photos doesnt do justice to how beautiful the Hotel really is. Also the position is perfect with nice view and very quiet despite being 3 minutes walk from the center of San Pantaleo. I would stay again without a second thought. Also the personel in total were polite, friendly and beyond criticism

Cons:

Although the breakfast was really good the egg side dishes could have a bit more variety. Else all was good!

Beste hotel van onze 10 daagse trip doorheen Sardinië
Pros:

Het beste hotel waar wij verbleven zijn in Sardinië.
We kozen voor de kleinste kamer.
Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Je had er letterlijk alles.
Het zwembad is niet super groot maar wel gezellig. Het aantal ligbedjes komt niet overeen met het aantal gasten dat logeert in het hotel, maar tijdens ons verblijf was daar geen probleem mee (iedereen had een ligbedje).
Uitstekende locatie! Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel!
Het hotel heeft heel veel trappen, dus is minder geschikt voor mensen die beperkt te been zijn.
We zouden zeker terug gaan!

Cons:

Het enige spijtige was dat hier geen rekje was buiten de kamer om handdoeken op te hangen (na een zwemdag).
