Teclados Hotel é o melhor custo-benefício aliado à conforto-localização de Santiago!
Pros:

Praticamente toda experiência. Funcionários amáveis, solícitos, educados e agradáveis. Desde a recepção em auxiliar com dúvidas, até a cozinha com café da manhã delicioso e variado. A localização 10/10 para quem entra pela madrugada andando nas ruas, colado no Sky Costanera.

Cons:

Não tivemos surpresas negativas. Apenas deixaria uma dica de, se puder, fornecer Hidratante de pele, junto ao kit banheiro. O clima é ultra-seco. Visto que não se pode levar é nem retornar com estes cremes em bagagens.

Decepcionantes os colchões, o café da manhã e a limpeza.
Pros:

Gostei da localização e dos funcionários, que são muito prestativos e educados.

Cons:

Detestei a cama mole, com colchões sem qualidade alguma, que precisam urgentemente serem trocados. Esses colchões velhos vão destruir a reputação do hotel. As roupas de cama não são trocadas com frequência. O café da manhã é muito fraco e ruim. Por 8 dias, as únicas frutas que tinham eram kiwí e abacaxi azedos. Os quartos são maioria carpetes e muito sujos.

A localização é com certeza ponto mais positivo, perto de tudo. Os atendentes da recepção são maravilhosos, super atenciosos. Café da manhã atende muito bem. O bairro super silencioso e limpo

Cons:

Precisa trocar as cortinas tanto de quarto e banheiros. A estrutura da cama faz bastante barulho.

La ubicación

Cons:

La habitación pequeña , la cama incómoda , además me tocó justo una habitación al lado de la salida de ventilación del hotel sonó toda la noche muy fuerte . Y justo arriba de la cocina creo y la puerta crujía muy fuerte .
No tiene ascensor tuve que subir la maleta por la escalera .

Pienso que el baño es muy pero muy pequeño e incómodo ducharnos así fue una experiencia muy negativa por lo reducido del espacio y Aclaro que somos personas muy delgadas.
Hay que bañarse de costado con la cortina contra la cara y el resto del cuerpo en la parte donde está el lluvero la ducha tiene apenas 40 cm de ancho

Amazing breakfast, even including gyoza. The street is very quiet, just a five-minute walk from Costanera Center and with restaurants around Los Leones subway station.

Cons:

A typical issue with most hotels: the mattress is too soft, even for someone light like me. Sinking into it leads to some back strain. The room and bathroom are quite small, but that’s fine.
