Pros:

The view is amazing!!! Panoramic window is really nice! The room was nice too. The speaker in the rooms is a bonus

Cons:

The check-in was really long and difficult. A bit confusing. Then we extended one night and the reception was confused about rates. So every time we talk to reception it would take at least 15 min.

Excelente estadia
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, la habitación súper cómoda y bien equipada, el staff muy amable, tuvimos un problema personal y nos ayudaron de principio a fin a resolverlo, el hotel tiene tienda, restaurante, servicios, cafetería, excelente calidad de gimnasio casi no dan ganas de salir

Es mas costoso que un hotel estandar en Santiago y el desayuno no estaba incluido
