Et hotel med godfølelse og trivsel og god service.
Pros:

Passe stort og trivelig hotell med alle fasiliteter. Pent og rent rom. Virket nyoppusset. Vi fikk faktisk nye madrasser da jeg var der. Grei terrasse med utsikt over strand og sjø. Lett tilgjengelig til strand og strandpromenade. I gangavstand i begge retninger til Fuengerola og Carvajal. Mange spisesteder og barer å velge i og ikke minst kort vei til togstasjon. Veldig praktisk da jeg reiste alene. Ingenting å si på prisen. Kommer gjerne igjen.

Cons:

Ingenting egentlig. Frokosten var ikke så spennende men plenty mat. Jeg bestilte frokost fra dag til dag og vekslet litt.

Pros:

Accueil très froid et mauvaise surprise sur les tarifs de l'hôtel
Je suis extrêmement déçu(e) de mon séjour dans cet établissement. Dès mon arrivée, l’accueil de l'hôtelier du soir a été très glacial et sans aucun sourire, ce qui est inacceptable pour ce métier.
La plus grande surprise est venue au moment du règlement. Il était pourtant bien spécifié lors de ma réservation que les animaux de compagnie (mes deux Chihuahuas) étaient les bienvenus sans supplément. Or, une fois sur place, l'hôtelier m'a annoncé une taxe surprise de 35 € par chien et par séjour, ce qui est totalement abusé.
Face à ce manque de transparence, j'ai immédiatement voulu annuler ma réservation. J'ai dû insister lourdement et lui faire comprendre que je n'avais reçu aucun message préalable concernant un tel tarif. Après un moment de tension, et seulement après avoir mentionné que je laisserais une mauvaise note sur Internet, il a finalement accepté de ne me faire payer la taxe que pour un seul chien.
Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Un tel manque de sourire et ces pratiques tarifaires cachées gâchent complètement l'expérience client.

Hyvällä paikalla. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotellissa oli kaikki mitä tarvitsin.

Cons:

Äänieristys huoneesta toiseen oli heikko. Tuoleja vedettiin pitkin kivilattiaa, josta muodostui meteliä keskellä yötä.
Vastaanoton antamassa tiedotteessa ei mainittu allaspyyhkeiden lainausmahdollisuutta., eikä heidän puhelinnumeroaan. Infopaperin teksti oli himmeä ja huonosti luettavissa.
Palja oli kova, mutta sain pyytäessäni siihen lisäpehmikettä.

A lovely location with beautiful sea views, but the cleanliness and housekeeping could do better
Pros:

The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options available, and the same could be said for lunch. There was a good selection of different dishes, and the food choices varied from day to day, which made dining a pleasant experience.

The hotel’s location is also excellent, offering beautiful sea views, with the beach right outside the hotel. The train station is conveniently located nearby, making it easy to get around. Overall, the food variety and fantastic location were definite highlights of our stay.

Cons:

This was our second time staying here, as we had a really great experience during our first visit. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, so we were looking forward to coming back. Unfortunately, this time around, we were a little disappointed.

When we arrived, the room wasn’t properly cleaned, and there were areas that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was also hair in the bathtub, which I assume was left behind by previous guests.

The housekeeping service was disappointing too. We put the “Please Clean Room” sign on the door, but no one came to clean the room the next day. After returning in the afternoon, we had to call twice before someone finally came. Unfortunately, the cleaning felt very rushed and took less than 15 minutes.

My husband had a coffee that morning, so we expected the used cup to be cleaned and the coffee supplies to be replenished. Instead, the dirty cup was left in the sink with water running, and the coffee wasn’t replenished.

The bath soap dispenser was also broken when we arrived and wasn’t fixed until the third day, when a different cleaner came. I do want to mention that she was very nice and helpful, although unfortunately, I don’t know her name.

It’s a shame because we really enjoyed our first stay. The hotel has a great location, and there are definitely positives, but the cleanliness and housekeeping were not up to the standard we expected this time. Hopefully, these issues can be improved, as we would have loved to have the same experience we had on our first visit.
