So 11 stairs of room from 3rd to 14th. Each floor 12 rooms. 10 rooms with sea view and 2 at the opposite on a dark street with the small window. Guess which I got. Yes, 3rd and on the street. When I ask if nothing else they told me that it was what I booked…

Good location, needs visible management.
Pros:

The hotel is great for my mother who is on a stick. The beach is opposite. There are lots of good restaurants around. It has a nice foyer where we can sit and enjoy coffee or a drink. Our rooms were renovated.

Cons:

In the foyer the mat under the couch is filthy. I saw dogs urinating on it. Our room was cleaned haphazardly. There’s never an acknowledgement from staff or management that we have been there 9 times since 2019. I booked room only, we tried the dinner buffet but were disappointed that there wasn’t anyone cooking anything fresh everything sat as it was when we arrived until we left. There was never a manager checking in with us on any of our visits. Never saw one!

Todo bien… hasta que surge un problema.
Pros:

Estamos seguros de que dejamos una billetera en la habitación. Llevamos una semana llamando al hotel y nadie parece tener intención de ayudarnos.
