Très bon hotel
Pros:

Hôtel très jolie, très propre , luxueux même , chambre très confortable. Personnels super sympathiques.

Cons:

Prix du Petit déjeuner élevé ,
Le spa honteux ! La dame de l’accueil nous a très très mal reçu , impoli et du coup on y est même pas allé tellement…alors que nous avions choisit l’hôtel pour le spa !

Not bad!
Pros:

Honestly nothing surprises me. It was just a good - the staff.

Cons:

Considering the amount I paid, I was expecting something better. The stay was nothing special overall. The rooms were clean but felt a bit old. The staff, especially the breakfast team, was the only positive part I appreciated. I checked in late at 11pm and even messaged them to get approval for a late check-out at 3pm, but they only allowed me to stay until 1pm.

Pros:

Room was nice , well furnished and good ac and bathroom facilities

Cons:

Lift system was a bit shambolic - touch screen didnt wok well, and call buttons were erratic.

Gym wouldnt be appropriate in a 3 star hotel.

Nice room, but other facilities…
Pros:

Nice room, but gym that they have is smaller than room… basic equipment… not even close to this hotels of this rating…also they have small outdoor swimming pool that is cold. If you want to use proper gym and swimming pool you must pay extra… so if you charge my room so put this as well… we should get high level experience in Hyatt…

Habitaciones fabulosas
Pros:

La habitación era espectacular, con todo lo necesario y con servicios de lujo, entre los que destacaría el jacuzzi.

Cons:

La llegada al hotel fue un poco caótica, tuve que esperar bastante tiempo porque no encontraban mi reserva. Tras resolver este evento, la estancia fue muy agradable.
