Amazing location with luxurious rooms and very welcoming staff.
Pros:

The location is fantastic so long as stroll away from great restaurants and rooftop bars.
It is has a quiet luxury with a relaxed feeling.
Great pool and gym and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

perfect and will stay again. It is on the pricey side, but great hotel, buffet breakfast was great
Pros:

Rooms were large, modern and comfortable. Right in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Perfect location

Cons:

Pillows were way too soft for me. Would be nice to have 2 armchairs in the room so you and your partner could both enjoy resting on comfortable armchairs.

Amazing stay, staff very helpful, room was super comfortable and clean
Pros:

Staff on arrival were very friendly. We were offered an upgrade and a champagne on arrival. Servive at breakfast was wonderful and the variety at breakfast was fantastic. Food was delicious. The beds were comfortable and I was surprised how quiet it was considering our balcony backed onto Swanston Walk.

Cons:

I had no issue with our stay a part from a double charge for our afternoon tea that took a long time to clear.

Very disappointed. Not worth the money.
Pros:

. It has good location.

Cons:

The first room given to me was on higher level but looking at roof of another building. The second room was on lower floor but I took it anyway because there was no choice. They charged me for call I didn’t make and mini bar I didn’t consume. They overcharged me for parking. They gave me bathrobe which was torn.

Disappointed you only had free to air television, most hotels at this rate provide at least Foxtel or Netflix
