Pros:

Lovely property, great location

Cons:

Absolutely awful check in experiences. Rooms weren’t ready over and hour after our designated check in time. We had to follow up multiple times with the front desk including with the front of house manager who said she’d personally check on the status for us. Disappeared and never returned.

Corner suite was great and well layed out. Lots of space and oh my gosh the bed! Heavenly!

Highly recommend staying here!
Pros:

The rooms as huge, very comfortable bed and big bathroom. The location was great and the staff were exceptional. The gym and sauna facilities were great too. Highly recommend staying here!

The staff made the place so pleasant that I would still go back

location is great you can walk or catch trams everywhere
Bed was average
The room was very noisy on week end nights

Cons:

The room was barely cleaned or vacumed while I was there it was not dirty but it was certainly dusty
