The location cant be beaten in Melbourne and the beds are super comfortable. The Westin is the most beautiful chain of hotels, never go wrong

Fantastic service from all staff from check in to valet parking and bar staff. Will definitely be back !

Conveniently located close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

Very busy after the ballet - unable to get a seat in the lobby bar….. recommended to wait for a while upstairs and come back .

Loved the breakfast buffet. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel.

Cons:

- it was slightly difficult to access the wifi as we had to join the marriot bonvoy memebership and sign in, instead of one click access.
- personal preference - would have been nicer if the bed was firmer. It was still good.
