Disappointed on arrival
Pros:

The overall is fine. But Booking .com does not know how to request a shuttle on my arrival.

Cons:

As usual, I requested through Booking .com to get a shuttle on my arrival and it did not happen.
I will not use Booking.com anymore, this is the third time to have such a problem.

Cockroach in the room, snap photo as proof to the staff and the staff just casually changed another room for me and the room condition is a bit run down. TV also not working.

Cons:

Toilet seems to have a distinct smell of gas when you flush. This was 9th floor and got it changed to 11th floor. So first impression was little upsetting.
