The flooring of the room is old and needs to be refurbished, the toilet is dirty and basically the whole room was quite

Useless front desk

Cons:

Useless front desk receptionist. They will not bother to help on solving your issue. I am really piss with them. First they didn't tell you got 2 lift to go to the room. So I enter the wrong lift. Second i ask for king bed. But when I enter the room it was 2 single bed. I need to go down n Change room. Then i ask for e-invoice. They told me don't have. Don't bluff me laaa.. how long the government already implement the e-invoice. N u still don't know. I ask to talk to their account department. But still useless. They say will get back to me. But until now. No news... Useless!!!!!!!

Cons:

This hotel has bed bugs. We found some in our bed on the second and third nights we were there. The hotel management’s response was very bad. We did not get any refund at all, nor of the night that we were still suppose to have in this hotel, nor of the three nights that we had already spent in the hotel. We had to discuss a lot and in the end, what we got, was just to get our clothes wash for free. They proposed to upgrade our room for the last night but of course, we ran out of this hotel as it is infected with bed bugs.
This hotel is really not recommended. We spent a lot of money to stay there and what we got was bed bugs and a total disregard from the hotel to help us deal with it.

Bel hôtel à côté du sunway lagoon, à 30min de KLCC
Pros:

Belles chambres très confortables

Bon petit déjeuner, beaucoup de choix
Grand mall à proximité en grab

Peu de choix de restauration le soir sur place quand nous y étions (restaurant chinois fermé notamment)
