in albergo rimaniamo soltanto il tempo per mangiare e dormire
Pros:

penso che la cosa migliore dell'hotel sia il buffet di verdure disponibile, abbastanza variato, con verdure fresche.
Lo stabile potrebbe essere discreto se ci fossero fatte delle manutenzioni,è un po' vecchiotto ma di stile.
La posizione non è male perchè su una strada principale, ma questo comporta il rumore del traffico.
Il personale è cordiale, non sempre molto presente in reception

La cosa peggiore è il letto davvero scomodo e sfondato
Il menu' non sempre è quello che ci si aspetta da un hotel di montagna, ma passabile
La piscina manca totalmente di un corrimano per scendere in acqua, mi sembra un po' pericoloso per come è strutturata
inoltre non ha pannelli fono assorbenti per cui il rumore, specialmente con la forte presenza di bambini, è veramente fastidioso.

Hotel davvero eccellente.
Piscina e saune molto piacevoli.
Il personale, sia alla reception che al ristorante, è estremamente gentile, cortese e disponibile.
L'hotel gode di una posizione fantastica nel cuore della Val Aurina, vicino alle Dolomiti e a due passi da ben due impianti di risalita.
Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno. Grazie di tutto! Un caro saluto dalla Polonia.

Essen und Personal sind wirklich sehr freundlich und kompetent. Bushaltestellen direkt vor dem Hotel
Mit der Bus Karte kann man in ganz Südtirol fahren was gut für die Umwelt ist

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen da müsste man dringend renovieren das Bad war neu und modern.
Aber es wurde täglich gereinigt und war sauber.

Esperienza positiva, buona posizione. Le due camere che abbiamo preso erano pulite e accoglienti, i bagni ben tenuti, i letti però non molto comodi. Il cibo era buono e c'era una buona selezione di contorni a buffet.

Cons:

La mochette era macchiata. Il servizio ristorazione era un po' disorganizzato e a volte mancavano le tazzine per la colazione.

Es war trotz allem ein schöner Urlaub wir werden es nächste Mal in einem anderen Hotel probieren

Es lag für unsere MTB touren sehr gut

Wenn man zum MTB fahren in dieses Hotel fährt darf man kein E bike fahren. Dieses Hotel hat keinen Radkeller geschweige Steckdosen im Keller.Da ging das Problem schon los keiner kann dir helfen keiner spricht etwas Deutsch. Das Zimmer ist sehr altmodisch und mit der Sauberkeit ist es auch nicht so gut. Das Essen ist ausreichend mehr auch nicht . Dieses Hotel könnte den Umsatz erhöhen wenn man den Gast mal fragen würde ob er noch was trinken möchte. Wir mussten für jedes Getränk selber laufen und fragen ob wir was trinken können. Es gab einen Kellner der wirklich sehr freundlich war und bemüht. Ich glaube das dieses Hotel nur so nebenbei läuft da die Chefin 4 Stück besitzt .
