Pros:

Le confort, la taille, personnel respectueux et à l'écoute. Ils ont dépassé les horaires de fin pour me donner des indications au sujet de la place de parc.

Cons:

Le seul point inconvénient, c'était la place de parking. Il fallait faire un détour en raison de travaux et les indications n'étaient pas suffisantes.

I cannot rate the hotel and staff highly enough, particular mention to Alex on reception who checked in regularly on my progress due to being held up by a delayed flight. A number of calls to ensure I found my way to the hotel(roadworks on the main road confused my sat nav) followed by clear and detailed instructions to collect my room key meant what could have been a very stressful midnight check in went without a hitch. Brilliant job.

Cons:

Great location, great rooms, great food and exceptional staff loved it all. And the roof top garden is a lovely way to start the day with a coffee after a delicious breakfast.
