Pros:

La amabilidad del personal del hotel , tenía reservado una habitación triple y nos pasaron a una suitor junior. El desayuno super completo y el personal atento a que no faltará de nada.

Prima hotel met goede comfortabele kamer/bedden/badkamer.

We hadden een royale kamer met goede bedden en een prima badkamer..
Er is een prachtig dakterras met een klein bad en fraai uitzicht over de stad.
Het ontbijt was prima en het personeel vriendelijk en servicegericht.
Het is rustig gelegen op enige afstand van het centrum.

Cons:

Wij hebben 1 vervelende ervaring gehad gedurende ons 3 daags verblijf. Na het ontbijt gingen wij met de lift naar de 7e verdieping. Deze bleef steken ergens en stopte .Op een bepaald moment ging ook het licht uit en werd erg warm.
Wij hebben daar ongeveer 15 minuten vastgezeten en kregen het benauwd. Uiteindelijk opgelost door personeel.
Wij hadden wel verwacht dat het management daarvoor verontschuldigingen had aangeboden dan wel enige tegemoetkoming.

Muy recomendable por su servicio y ubicación ideal
Pros:

El trato del personal fue excelente y la ubicación del hotel, inmejorable. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren, a pocos minutos a pie, y también del centro de la ciudad. El restaurante del hotel fue muy bueno y el desayuno ofrece una gran variedad de opciones.

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien. Lo único que podría mejorar sería contar con una mayor variedad de opciones en el desayuno para personas celíacas o con alergias alimentarias. En general, todo estuvo muy bien.

Pros:

Top Frühstück mit frischen Eierspeisen, frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, einem Buffet, was keine Wünsche offen ließ.

Cons:

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis beim Spa-Bereich war nicht gut mit über 2 Euro pro Massageminute. Ich hatte das Hotel u.a. auch deshalb ausgesucht, bei den Preisen habe ich mir eine Massage dann allerdings doch verkniffen.

En resumen, volveríamos a repetir.
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fue el tamaño de la habitación, decoración y facilidades (secador, plancha, etc). Además tenía doble puerta con el pasillo y daba a un patio interior con lo cual no teníamos ruído ninguno. La ubicación es perfecta para hacer turismo por la ciudad. La zona está genial. Volveríamos a alojarnos allí.

Cons:

Lo que menos nos gustó fueron las camas: una era un sofá cama y es normal que no fuera muy cómoda pero la otra, a pesar de ser King size, el colchón era de muelles y no era muy cómodo al igual que las almohadas.
