Het is een iets verouderd hotel, maar gezellig.

Struttura e piscina, camera spaziosa, colazione varia e molto fornita per ogni necessità e gusto, personale gentile e professionale, servizi. E soprattutto la tranquillità impagabile del "solo adulti".
Pur essendo ubicato su un promontorio manca l'accesso diretto al mare in quanto non c'è la spiaggia nelle immediate vicinanze.

Clean, comfortable, good location. I had a free upgrade and the views were lovely.
Loved the spa and the gym was tiny but functional.
The breakfast selection is good and buffet dinner ok but not amazing quality.
The last day I had an early flight and some breakfast items were available before 6am. There were some bread rolls from the day before, butter, cheese, ham slices and coffee. I thought they could give the option to swap for dinner and pay the difference or just to provide a fresh packed breakfast to go. It was definitely not worth getting up so early for it.

Great hotel, lovely people, lovely place, great food and really nice spa! Not much to fault really…. I felt that not allowing guests any ice was a little petty! But there a Mercadona in the area.

The pool and gym and 2x bottles of water were the only good things about this hotel.
When we arrived at 1am from the airport the staff offered no useful information like about breakfast timings, how much it was, what the wifi was, transport, facilities and food service times etc. When we then got in our room, there was no sheet on the bed, the phone wasn't working, there was no iron, body lotion or conditioner and very little tea/coffee facilities. Adding to this, the staff was then adament that we must be mistaken about the sheet and initially said he couldn't get one at that hour. The waiting staff in the pool area/restaurant were rude, and there were no shops or restaurants nearby. Taxi's were a must. I wouldn't recommend this place, and typically I am not the type to complain.

Tenir parking interior al mateix edifici és un luxe.
El personal per lo general és molt amable i l’hotel està molt ben situat, aprop del mar i alguna platja. Aprop de Santa Eulària, però prou apartat per desconectar del soroll del poble.
He trobat a faltar que ni al gimnàs ni spa hi hagués aigua per beure, penso que és algo important a tenir molt en compte.
A les habitacions a la que surt el sol entra molta llum, et desperta. Les cortines no tapen.
El cafè de l’esmorzar és terrible 🥲
