Great views,nice staff but tired apartment.
Pros:

Great views from ocean view apartment and good pool/spa area.

Cons:

Really tired apartment and not worth the money paid. Needs some investment to bring it up to spec, bed not comfortable and in general not at a good standard.

Underwhelmed with room very tied, love Coolum, great surf club and breakfast restaurant next door

Great location, okay for price.
Pros:

Cleanliness was great. Good location to walk to everything in Coolum.

Cons:

No clear parking for check out or check in so it blocks the driveway. No screen door on the balcony so couldn’t leave the door open overnight for fresh air. Lighting is very harsh and clinical. Mattress not the comfiest.

This is a lovely place to stay, close to everything and the reception staff were lovely.
Pros:

Across the road from the beach and also had a heated pool. Could walk to cafes and restaurants.

No sleep means no fun to stay. No compensation leaves a poor taste.

Its location was perfect for our needs

Cons:

There was a vomit smell in the apartment when we arrived.
We got very little sleep the first night with our neighbours partying hard until after 4.30am! No compensation offered by the management. Staff on were empathetic but that doesn’t change the bad experience

Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Expensive for a room that could have used a lick of paint and refurbishment.
The bathroom and coat hangers needed cleaning attention (left over dirt and some mould). Shower head unstable and kept falling off.
