Not catered for whilst private function was on.

Cons:

Cafe wasn't open to the customers re a private function, not even take away. This is unacceptable. When I booked like previous 3x times I expected one of the newer apartments but was put in an older style unit, had to ask for an upgrade and paid a small amount extra.

Very loud if your near the main road. Would benefit if had double glazing.

Not a lot of hot water pressure and bad shower head. Told them about it and they were happy to get it fixed.

Lack of cleanliness in unit, mainly bathroom. Bed wasn't a double bed. Was 2 singles pushed to make ONE bed. Saggy mattress. Minimum coffee sachets for 4 nights. Number of unit not lit, arrived in dark.
