Showers are very out dated could use a update with a better hot water system and better shower head. When we got there no one would answer the after hours phone was a muck around trying to check in

Loved the view and the location as it was walking distance to everywhere.

Cons:

Our bathroom. Each time you’d turn the water on, it would pool up instantly, which suggests there was a built up of hair in the drain. Could not shower for more then 20-30seconds without it flooding over the ledge. Also the hallway stunk of cigarette smoke, couldn’t escape the smell. Staff were also rude and not very accomodating.

Very comfortable
Pros:

Lovely view of beach which is 1 minute walk across the road crossing. Bars restaurants and shopping centre3-5 mins walk away

Cons:

Nothing about the property but surfers food is mostly basic food which is great for the younger generation but not so good for older people, there was a lovely Italian near the police station.

Sauna was out of order, when at check-in we were told the location of spa and sauna. The spa was fine but the whole spa area (top floor) needs a bit of TLC, a clean and maybe some plants etc to make it look more inviting.

Pros:

The view was fantastic! The kitchen was well equipped, the apartment was spacious, the washer and dryer were great, we had all the cleaning equipment required.

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable it was 2 steel frame beds pushed together which was very hard in the middle if needing to move. The lounge fan didn't work or the remote was unavailable!

We have already booked to go back
Pros:

The location and sea view are fantastic. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved the the sofas. The apartment had been renovated very nicely and had good quality appliances and indoor furnishings. Everything was very clean, and we appreciated that the cleaner came in to give everything a refresh halfway through our stay. It was great to have secure parking.

Cons:

It would have been great to have a coffee machine, and the balcony furniture could have been nicer. The roof area could do with a bit of love.
