A good hotel to stay in Gstaad area
Pros:

Exceptional views from hotel which has a good location between Saanen and Schoenried enabling hotel to collect you and drop off for train connections. Good underground car parking abd extensive outdoor parking. Very large reception, lounge and bar areas with interior design which is pleasing. Rooms are well appointed with comfy mattresses abd pillows. Bathroom has good shower and bath. Balcony or terrace depending on floor. Breakfast quality good. Spa and pool areas very good

Cons:

Dinner food choices underwhelming with inconsistent food quality. Certainly not a 4 star product although views from tables are exceptional.

Good hotel location byg some shortcomings for a 4 star hotel
Pros:

Location. Ease of parking outside and garage. Stunning views from rooms and public areas. Staff helpful and friendly. Interior public spaces design and fittings. Bar snacks menu good choice, quality of food and speedy service

Cons:

Restaurant menu poor quality for a 4 star hotel. Food had to be returned; it was inedible and the waiter replaced with other choices that were very poor quality and poor value for money. Crazy layout with lifts at either end so getting to garage necessitated two lifts and a long walk along corridor with luggage. Need a map of hotel like cruise ships!!

Brilliant stay with nice room
Pros:

The rooms were really comfortable and nice.. the cocktails were absolutely amazing .. the view from the balcony area is stunning .. would be my favourite place of stay in Switzerland
