Cons:

Decepcionant, no fan cap tipus de manteniment, tot molt deixat i fet mal bé! no m'havia trobat mai unes instal·lacions tant deixades i que a booking tingui una valoració de més de 8, no mereix ni el 5! I per rematar-ho, quan cuinen, la pudor de fregit és inaguantable!

Cons:

Hard Big Pillows. Only a pair of standard glasses to drink. When sharing the ventilator seem to be broken, no importance or solution given by staff.

Pros:

Utensilios de cocina mu pobres. La sartén grande, no cabe en el fuego grande. Te dan los elementos indispensables. 5 personas, 5 cubiertos.
Falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones, chapuzillas a diestro y siniestro. Deberían mejorar la imagen. Algunas personas que somos del ramo de la construcción/mantenimiento nos ponemos las manos en la cabeza.

Cons:

Limpieza un poco mas profunda.
Revisión/repaso de la cocina y sus utensilios.
Tener un servicio de comida/Bar con un horario mas amplio. Que no sea recepcinista-camarera-mantenimiento-relaciones publicas. Vamos un todo en uno. La persona no da abasto con todo. O hace una cosa o hace otra. CONTRATAR MAS PERSONAS

NO HAY AIRE ACONDICIONADO
Pros:

Que aceptarán mascotas. Personal amable. El precio.

Cons:

No había aire acondicionado, en pleno julio y con más de 30º C en la calle, no se podía estar en la habitación. Por la noche tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas para que entrara un poco de aire fresco, esto provocó que, al dar la habitación a la carretera, fuera insoportable el ruido cada vez que pasaba un coche. Apenas pudimos descansar. La ubicación no es la distancia que indica booking, está literalmente fuera de Ordino por lo que no facilita el hecho de dar un paseo por el pueblo caminando a no ser que cojas el coche.
