Pros:

氷や保冷剤の対応をしていただき、助かりました。
お部屋も広くてクローゼットも広くとても過ごしやすくて快適でした✨

Cons:

フロントのスタッフ(年配男性)がせかせかと動き回り、イライラしているように感じたのが印象に残りました。

宿泊で荷物も多かったり、人数の乗り降りも多かったりなのに、エレベーターのドアが閉まるのが早くて何度も身体を挟まれました。

直前で安くなっていたこと、駐車場が混んでいたが、丁寧に案内してくれたこと

Cons:

朝食が売りだったが混んでいて待たされるし、他のホテルと比べて内容が微妙だった気がする。
(鹿児島っぽいものが少ない？か、すぐなくなって補充が遅かった)

眺めが最高
Pros:

桜島がきれいに見えます。壁一面窓なので、ベッドで横になりながら眺められます。

Cons:

洗濯機と乾燥機がありますが、それぞれ3台ずつなので、時間帯によっては空いていません。あと、洗濯室には空調がないので暑いです。洗剤はフロントで30円で買えます。近くにコインランドリーがあるならそちらを使う方が快適かも？

桜島ビューの部屋で最高でした。
夕食のBBQバイキングは飲み物込みで大大大満足でした！

Cons:

温泉スパがあったが、ホテル側からの案内もなく、ホテルのQRコード読み込んでもわかりづらい。
