Room was very beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. Rest of hotel was clean and modern with free coffee throughout stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Lori. Hotel room came with many unexpected extra which were much appreciated. Room was also impeccably clean. Location is convenient for public transportation links.

Buena ubicación para visitar París. Diseño moderno y cómodo. Desayuno buffet rico y variado, el personal muy atento para que no te falte de nada. Paraguas de cortesía a nuestra disposición en las habitaciones.
El baño algo pequeño, pero funcional. Nos alojamos en la primera planta y se escuchaba el metro al pasar, aunque no nos impidió dormir.
Le personnel et l'accueil avec un petit message de bienvenue personnalisé déposé dans la chambre, belle attention.

bonne situation géographique
Petit déjeuner correct et complet, à noter que les viennoiseries étaient friables qui semble correspondre à un produit réchauffé, idem pour poitrine de porc fumée, trop sèche. et 2/3 pièces disponibles, pour les "lèves tard"..
L'absence de parking : l'établissement semble disposer d'une convention avec un parking situé à qq centaines de mètres (proposé par l'agent d'accueil) ce qui n'est pas énorme en soit, pourtant il existe un parking à moins de 50 m, un accord avec ce parking serait un plus !

The staff were very helpful and answered all of our questions. The location was excellent with a Metro stop nearby. We were able to walk to Sacre Coeur. The rooms had tea/coffee and ironing facilities and lovely Fragonard toiletries.
Whilst the rioms were comfortable, they are small and it was difficult for 2 people to access their suitcases.

Absolutely loved my stay here; location is great, staff was lovely and helpful, room was extremely comfy.
AC wasn't too cold
La deco très jolie, personnel a l écouter, chambre confortable, parfumé, machine nespresso avec capsules, Figo avec boissons, belle salle de douche produits pour se laver bios, et bonus un fer a repasser et une mini table a repasser suspendu au mur, plus 2 parapluie a dispo, une pépite cet hôtel je commande +++
Rien tout était bien
I really like the interior: it has a big shower, the bed was really comfortable although the room was small. Also the location was perfect because the closest metro stop is only a 5 minutes walk!
The first night was really difficult because of the noise from the nearby buildings. People were talking and laughing until 5 a.m., and I could hear everything. I could also hear a lot of noise coming from the other rooms, as the walls seemed to be very thin.
Location was quite good. Not the no 1 location but close to transport links. Breakfast was OK . Rooms were very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful.
The TV in the room had poor signal. The rooms aren't the biggest. I would say the hotel is fortunate to have a 4 star rating.

Important a savoir: Un offre partenaire parking qui debute a 14h pour les clients de l'hotel. Si vous arrivez avant cet horaire, le parking partenaire facture 6 euros de plus.
Literally each morning at 0700 am the building next door would start building works.
This consisted of hammers and drills and would go on the entire morning.
I raised it with a staff member who said “Oh yes next door is having work done”. Couldn’t move room - not that it would help.
Massively disappointed.
