Very pleasant and comfortable .
Pros:

Room cleaning staff named Jose on fifth floor. Always made sure our room was kept impecable clean. Want management can recognize his hard working ethic!

Cons:

No discount offer to dine in at the Cafetal from Camino Real.

Pros:

Camas y habitación cómoda. Muy buen desayuno y atención. Ideal para estar en ciudad y cerca del aeropuerto (10-15 min)
Tomar en cuenta no tiene piscina pero por extra pago se puede usar el del hotel Westin. Si tiene gym.
Tuve un inconveniente en recepción pero muy bien manejado por la encargada, mejoró la experiencia

La ubicación es excelente, el personal atento en todo momento, la zona es segura, iluminada y se ve tranquila, hay cerca una plaza comercial que ayuda muchísimo. La habitación limpia, cuidada, agradable, la cama muy cómoda, sin duda regresaría.
