Important information:

Please note that extra beds and baby cribs are upon availability not included in the reservations and must be requested and confirmed by the hotel prior arrival.

Children under 12 years old stay for free when using their parent's bedding, therefore the extra bed is not included for confirmed reservations with a child 12 years of age or under.

Extra beds can be provided for an additional fee of EUR 45 per night.

A damage deposit of EUR 50 per night is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card on check-in. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

In case an advanced payment is required, the credit card used to pay the deposit must match the name of the guest who reserved and must be presented at the time of check-in.

Personal top – Hotel baulich ein Desaster
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall das Personal. Ich war alleine unterwegs und wurde von den Mitarbeitern durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam betreut. Man hat deutlich gemerkt, dass sie sich bemühen, die baulichen Mängel des Hotels durch guten Service und Freundlichkeit auszugleichen. Gerade als Alleinreisender war das Personal für mich der klare Lichtblick während des gesamten Aufenthalts.Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl, sodass ich mich gut versorgt gefühlt habe.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist baulich in einem absolut katastrophalen Zustand. Bereits im ersten Zimmer fielen die gravierenden Mängel sofort auf: Die Klimaanlage lief extrem laut und ließ sich nicht abschalten. Nach dem Wechsel in ein anderes Zimmer stellte sich leider heraus, dass die Probleme nicht behoben waren.Besonders ärgerlich: Die Steckdosen sind so locker, dass sie beim Herausziehen des Steckers einfach mit herauskommen. Am schlimmsten war jedoch die Dusche. Hier wackelt wirklich alles – vom Handtuchhalter über den Duschkopfhalter bis zu den anderen Befestigungen. Das Gefühl ist extrem billig und unsicher, und man hat ständig Angst, dass etwas abbricht. Leider war das auch im zweiten Zimmer nicht anders.Insgesamt wirkt das gesamte Hotel stark renovierungsbedürftig und vernachlässigt. Die baulichen Zustände sind einfach nicht mehr akzeptabel.

It was convenient with parking. The night staff (think his name was Daniel) was exceptionally helpful. Managed to get us into a room at 3am when we arrived despite me cancelling my booking.

Prima voor citytrip
Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst . Ligt op een rustige plek in de stad. Familiekamer heel ruim maar wel wat gehorig met de bovenverdieping. Prima bedden. Complete hotelkamer met allerlei extra’s en foyer ook.
Bagage kon je achterlaten zodat je de stad nog in kon na uitchecken.

Cons:

Erg warme kamer en airco kon je niet zelf instellen . 2x gevraagd bij de receptie en ze deden hun best maar het systeem werkte niet zoals zou moeten .
