Important information:

Please note that extra beds and baby cribs are upon availability not included in the reservations and must be requested and confirmed by the hotel prior arrival.

Children under 12 years old stay for free when using their parent's bedding, therefore the extra bed is not included for confirmed reservations with a child 12 years of age or under.

Extra beds can be provided for an additional fee of EUR 45 per night.

A damage deposit of EUR 50 per night is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card on check-in. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

In case an advanced payment is required, the credit card used to pay the deposit must match the name of the guest who reserved and must be presented at the time of check-in.

Pros:

Ottima esperienza presso questo magnifico hotel. Posizione molto comoda, ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici e perfetta per visitare Bruxelles. Camera moderna, pulita e confortevole, con tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, facendoci sentire accolte fin dal nostro arrivo. Colazione varia e di ottima qualità. Se dovessi tornare a Bruxelles, sceglierei sicuramente questo hotel. Consigliatissimo!

Cons:

L’unico aspetto che non mi è piaciuto è stato il prezzo degli snack e delle bevande disponibili in hotel: acqua, patatine e altri prodotti avevano costi piuttosto elevati. Per il resto, tutto è stato impeccabile.

Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!
Pros:

L’hôtel est très agreeable, très bien situé, ambiance familiale (nous y étions avec 2 enfants qui ont adoré) et avec un personnel hyper accueillant, facilement abordable et à l’écoute.

Zeer klantvriendelijk en hartelijk ontvangst, grote kamer met alles erop en eraan, fijne sfeer, een lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt en super praktisch om een mini supermarket te hebben met self scan in de inkomhal.

Pros:

Le personnel, la décoration et la localisation

Cons:

Pas mal de défauts dans ma chambre. Pour le prix, je trouve ça un petit peu déroutant beaucoup de pièces cassées ou manquantes dans la salle de bain, des rideaux manquants des trous dans les murs et une moquette tachée.

Hotel bien située qui pourrait devenir une reference si le menage est fait avec diligence

La suite était spacieuse et relativement neuve.

Cons:

La chambre n'etait pas propre.Il y avait une canette de Coca vide ainsi que des bonbons au pieds du canapé lit et un mouchoir en dessous du canapé lit. Dans la salle de bain,la douche n'etait pas assez propre,un coup de javel sur les bords et porte de la douche aurait été necessaire.
