Clean, comfortable and convenient location
Pros:

The person that checked us in was great, and check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean, and the bed was so very comfortable. The blackout curtains made our sleep great!

We even loved the mattress and pillows. We will stay again for a Bills Game in Buffalo this season.
Pros:

The breakfast was, actually, the BEST omelet I’ve ever had. Loaded with everything, and my Wife couldn’t say enough of how great her breakfast sandwich was. We even noted the price was better than our restaurants at home.

Cons:

Nothing could be better for accommodations and thank you Hilton!

Good hotel with cold and unwelcoming front desk attitudes.
Pros:

Location close to airport and free shuttle. The attached bar and grill was good with excellent service, especially from the cooks and Alexis and Rani.

Cons:

Enquired few times via Booking.com chat regarding airport transfers, no response. I had to call the hotel day before arrival to be advised on how to avail the service. There were one or two front desk ladies who had very cold attitudes and responses, not apologetic at all when they couldn't give us things like proper pillows or washing powders. Surprisingly next day someone else was able to provide us with washing powders. Would also turn their face off when I wished Good Morning and that was rude. It was also surprising to see how warm and friendly they were with their kind of people. In a tourist place, if someone is not happy dealing with people of different cultures and places, they shouldn't be on front desk, will be better in background jobs. When people travel from long distances, a smiley welcoming attitude will mean a lot to them. For this reason alone I have given the low rating.

Pros:

Gathering area's inside and out very nice. Hotel restaurant and bar area available. Near airport so you can hear the plane's outside but wasn't a problem. No fan option in the room only A/C so it would shut on and off when came up to temp.

Excellent location and value for the money.
Pros:
