Air con not working, no fans available. Too hot and uncomfortable
Nice style and clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The room was nice.
The leisure facilities were tired and the sauna didn't work. You could hear the loud clink of a pump when in the steam room. Not relaxing at all.

The dinner was nice, some parts of the cooked breakfast were cold. The room was nice, although the temperature in the shower was difficult to moderate.

Location away from main road so fairly quiet.
Lovely reception staff who bent over backwards to facilitate our needs. Wish I could remember their names but lady name began with M but not an English name 😁
The property itself was fine. The main issue was that the room wasn’t properly cleaned on arrival as you could see dirt along the skirting and a few spots on the bed linen. When cleaners came in the next day, did not remove dirty glasses used from the night before
Good excess to motorways, very helpful staff & a great breakfast
Not sure if this was in other rooms? the lovely shower had about a foot step up into the shower & no grab rail, as a 70 yr old with a child it certainly is a risk.
I am very agile and was very careful so not a problem.
A simple grab rail would make a big difference & save preventable accidents, just a thought, the room was 115
Decor of room.
Design limited for your personal belongings. Poor lighting in the room. Dwarf ironing board is not brilliant. Place to hand clothes bazaar, as condiments below. Hot water variable hot temperature. Difficult to regulate. Staff should ask if you have blue badge. Too quick to charge you extra money!
Dog friendly hotel (not in the restaurant). The staff were really friendly and attentive.
Rooms were tired, bed uncomfortable. Carpet needed vacuuming, outdoor area covered with cigarette butts.
It was very clean and had lots to do in the hotel such as swimming, pool, a bar, a lounge area, it had space for parking too, the room was very clean! The bed was so comfy
It’s quite a drive to the centre but that can’t be helped, everything else makes up for it!
