All under one roof. Good food and service. Close to motorways.
After the food poisoning from their restaurant they let me stay in my room an extra day without charge.
The lovely cleanimg ladies cleaned up my vomit and diarrhea.
I ate chicken tikka. It didnt taste that good so i only had one third of it. This was at 7.30 pm. By 10pm i was uncontollably sick with V and D. The manager asked if i needed to go to hospital. I decided to stay in the room. I should have gone to hospital to get the bacterium identified but did not think about this at the time.
I had a erbal apology from the front desk but no formal apology or compensation.
I would never trust this hotel again. Don't go there. Their kitchen standards are not being maintained.
Business Trip staying for a night. Wonderfully clean and staff very pleasant across reception, bar and kitchen. Very good breakfast.
All services and room facilities were well appointed and clean
Breakfast was good
The hotel was struggling with air conditioning and my room couldn’t cool down properly and no back up was provided - window didn’t open - luckily I brought my own fan
Everything was great and comfy in the room and overall excellent, only one of the entry lights wasnt working which was slightly inconvenient.
As I mentioned one of the lights at the room entrance wasnt working.
Arrived Sunday for 2 weeks training. Reception staff were lovely then had a fantastic dinner in the dining room would like to give a shout out to EVISA who had served me with a big smile and nothing has been to much trouble and I’m a fussy customer so a big 5 stars so far
The swimming pool and steam room are disgusting and sauna doesn't work so it always full also the men's showers are all in ine place no privacy gym area was ok though but a bit small
The cleanliness was very poor even i the room which I had for 3 nights in a row and still had the same mark in table even after 2 house keeping other people's hair left in toilets and toast making machine was very unhygienic as everyone was helping them selves to the bag of bread its a shame because the hotel has great potential pool.area needs a complete revamp
All.good
All of it 👏

Location was perfect for shopping in Soho Road, staff super friendly, would stay again if convenient for my activities.
Air con was broken, we had been advised in advance and was our decision to go ahead with our stay. These things happen in life.
We have just spent an enjoyable and comfortable two night stay at this hotel. It is well run with a friendly and efficient staff. Delicious breakfast and evening meal and compliments to chef Raulston for the tastiest curry! Also, to Evisa for looking after us so well at the table.
The hotel’s location is excellent just off the M5 and with easy access by Metro to the city centre. We definately plan to stay again.
Staff were fantastic, really great value for money. Food was also great. Rooms are modern.
Only one power output and it was at the desk not near the beds so was a bit of a pain. Also adding smart tvs so you can watch Netflix etc would be great.
My hotel of choice when I’m in the area which is very regular. Lovely staff and a lovely place to stay.
Carpets filthy
The gym grubby
Location
No facilities working. No AC on the hottest day of the year. They did email me to say the only thing working was the sauna and the AC wasn’t working but this was the day after my stay. Had no sleep.
