Great
Pros:

Yvonne on reception was super friendly and helpful. Hotel lovely and clean, with a decent sized bar area. Hotel has plenty of parking and really easy to find.

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

Thank you to Mercure Birmingham West for the hospitality. For what was my first experience with Mercure, the reception staff were very welcoming, especially Yvonne and Gerry who were fantastic on arrival and departure. The rooms were clean and the bar was accommodating for what was a very successful business trip to the West Midlands. Thank you.

Wonderful service
Pros:

Wonderful service and great facilities, with comfortable clean rooms. Reception staff friendly and welcoming especially Gerry and Stefan. Glad I found Anita whose treatment was outstanding and I will be back. Overall atmosphere of hotel is relaxing.

My stay was ok and I would recommend it to others

Cons:

The room requires a bit more light.
having a light in the middle of the ceiling in the room would help a lot.
The bathroom did get steamed up after taking a shower making it difficult to see in the mirror ( Requires ventilation}
