Great location
Pros:

Absolutely a great location! The breakfast was very good; there was definitely enough variety to choose from on the breakfast bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The counter in the bathroom was small so take a cosmetic bag to leave all your cosmetics in it. Also, the elevator was out of order during our stay. We were on the first floor so it was no big deal for us to take the stairs. However, lugging the luggage down the narrow, spiral staircase was a bit awkward.

חדרים נקיים מאד ומאובזרים. בחדרים בהם שהינו הייתה מקלחת ולא אמבטיה וזה היה חשוב לנו עקב ענייני נגישות, ארוחת בוקר טובה עם ביצים, מקושקשת, גבינות, חמאה, ריבות, דגני בוקר, יוגורטים, ירקות, פירות, מאפים ועוגות, מבחר מיצים, מים וסודה. קפה מוגש אישית לפי בחירה על ידי איש צוות. אפשר כמובן לבקש ספל נוסף. מיקום פנטסטי במרכז העיר העתיקה, 5 דקות ברגל מהמלון לקתדרלה וכל הסמטאות הציוריות, האגם, המסעדות, החנויות ומקומות הבילוי. הבעיה היחידה היא חניה, המלון ממוקם בסמטה עם ZTL ולכן מי שמגיע עם רכב שכור צריך להחנות אותו בחניון מסודר במרחק 7 דקות הליכה תמורת 25 יורו לכל לילה של שהייה אבל ידענו זאת מראש בזמן ההזמנה בבוקינג. מי שמגיע עם מזוודות ומטען זה קצת פחות נוח אבל הסתדרנו ועוד היינו עם מוגבלת ניידות אבל הלוקיישן מושלם ובמחשבה לאחור בחרנו מצויין. הצוות אדיב ונעים וסייע לנו מאד.

الموقع جميل موظفين الإستقبال ودودين جداً ومتعاونين حتى اني تركت شنطي عندهم وسلمت الشقه ونزلت اتمشى شوي قبل رحلتي وكانو متجاوبين .. بوفيه الافطار جميل جداً ومتنوع كنت افطر واتقهوى الذ قهوه وفيه عندهم كيكه اتوقع بالتفاح يسوونها مع الفطور يومياً لذيييييذه

コモ湖観光に便利
Pros:

コモ湖にも近く、ベラージオとかのフェリー乗り場、切符販売所に行くのに便利です。
またコモ周辺の観光でも、大聖堂やケーブルカー乗り場へも徒歩で十分。
朝食スタッフさんも親切で美味しい食事を
サービスして頂きました。

Tolles, zentrales Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern
Pros:

Ich musste in der Not schnell ein Hotel finden, da das ursprünglich gebuchte App. Als alleinreisende Frau unzumutbar gewesen wäre. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war freundlich und modern mit 2 grossen Fenstern. Hübsches Badezimmer. Frühstücksbuffet übersichtlich, hat aber alles was es braucht. Kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen. Habe bereits für meinen nächsten Termin in Como eine erneute Übernachtung gebucht.

Cons:

Es hat im Zimmer an der Decke Bewegungsmelder (ist mir nicht klar für was) die klicken bei Bewegung im Zimmer. Beim Eingang im Zimmer, brennt die ganze Nacht ein helles grünes Licht an der Decke, was mich persönlich etwas störte (schlafe nur in dunklen Raum gut), andere stört es vermutlich nicht. Türen schließen sehr laut, wenn Nachbar rein/raus geht. War etwas teuer, aber ich war froh etwas freundliches und zentrales gefunden zu haben.
