Jó reklám,kevés tartalom.

Szép kisvárosban odaillő hotel.

Cons:

Sajnos elég későn érkeztünk a hotelbe október 27-én körűlbelül este 19 órakkor, hosszú 6 órás út után, de gondoltam ezt a jóval drágább hotelt foglalom mivel nagyon ígéretesnek látszott a wellness- spa részleg így kipihenhetjük az út fáradalmait.
Bejelentkezés után a recepciós közölte velünk a kérdésünkre,hogy a spa rész már fèl óra és zár úgyhogy ne is siessünk oda. Mondtam akkor holnap délelőtt reggeli után megyünk,amire a válasz az volt,hogy csak 14:00 órakor nyit,azaz mi erről az egynapos ottlétünk alatt lemaradunk.
Ha ezt tudom biztosan nem ebbe a hotelbe foglalunk.
Másnap a reggelizni mentünk 07:50 kor,de mikor kinyitottam az étterem ajtaját a recepciós majdnem kilökött az ajtón,hogy csak 8 órakkor nyitnak ki,semmi kedvesség nélkül...5 perc várakozás után jött egy másik 4fős család is akiket egyszerre beengedett nyitás előtt a mi jelenlétünkben,mintha mi ott sem lettünk volna, és utána megkérdezte cinikusan,hogy esetleg segíthet e nekünk valamiben...mintha nem tudta volna mire várunk.
Az étterembe 8-kor mentünk be pontosan,gyorsan ettünk,de a sonka régi volt érezhetően rossz staga volt és elhagytuk a hotelt,amikor a recepciós látta rajtunk a nemtetszésünket,gyorsan elnézést kért az udvariatlan viselkedés miatt próbálva menteni a helyzetet.
Sajnos teljes negatív emlèkkel búcsúztuk ettől a helytől hiába vagyok a legmagasabb 3-as szinten a booking oldalán.

Sehr schönes Hotel wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal! Die Flexibilität beim Frühstücken….dass wir auch im Palazzo Leopoldo frühstücken konnten. Die sehr sauberen Zimmer….dass immer neue Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank waren.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war großzügig und hatte Charme.

Lage gut, Rest mehr gewollt als gekonnt

Die Lage war gut. Der erste Herr beim Empfang war sehr nett

Cons:

Parken ist etwas umständlich. Das restliche Personal sehr schlecht gelaunt. Beim Frühstück hatte man das Gefühl nicht willkommen zu sein.

Pros:

Location although small town so everything was central. Large room in Attic was spacious.
