Hotel in very nice old city, with some very friendly hosts, worth to stay in and explore the surrounding

Location in the old town. Atmosphere.
Front desk-reception young lady was very nice and informative to us. Big and spacious room and bathroom.

Cons:

Our room (very spacious) was on the third floor and elevator goes to 2nd only. You have to carry the luggage very steep stairs. The sofa bad for third person was not comfortable. The lady at the breakfast premises (maybe owner) was in very bad mood. She was kind of ok but not nice and polite. Too much work perhaps.

Perfect spot in the center of town!
Pros:

Lovely and super helpful staff. Also really appreciate that they are part of a network of hotels which means you have access other hotel facilities e.g their swimming pools etc.
