Pros:

La struttura molto carina e comoda, considerando la sua posizione centrale, facilmente si può andare ovunque.

Cons:

Il personale tutto molto gentile, eccetto uno.
Inoltre non mi è piaciuto la Spa, mi aspettavo di meglio.

Super hotel w pięknym miejscu na wymarzony urlop.
Pros:

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Lokalizacja w samym miasteczku oraz miasto jako baza wypadowa w inne miejsca Toskanii. Możliwośc skorzystania z udogodnień w innych hotelach sieci, np. basen w Ultimo Mulino. Zachowanie charakteru wnętrz z okresu funkcjonowania budynku jako pałacu.

Cons:

Za mało miejsc parkingowych w ramach parkingu hotelowego i konieczność parkowania w strefach w mieście.

un endroit avec une vraie atmosphère et un charme indéniable, une localisation parfaite
Pros:

Petit déjeuner sur la placette du village devant la fontaine très très agréable. Chambre et salle de douche de grande taille. Atmosphère du Palazzo bien préservée.

Cons:

Chambre au 1er étage un peu sombre mais impossible à corriger du fait de la construction de l'hôtel. Le spa sous les voûtes un peu étouffant avec une piscine trop petite et pas de sauna ou de hammam. Rien de grave.
