Pas à la hauteur des attentes et de ce qui est annoncé
Pros:

L’emplacement proche de la gare et du centre. Compter 20 minutes pour rejoindre le port à pieds. La piscine est bien mais peu de transats. Le buffet du petit déjeuner .

Cons:

Cet établissement n’est pas à la hauteur de ses prétentions. Le personnel est exécrable. Nous avons attendu une demi-heure pour effectuer notre check in. Plutôt que se répartir la clientèle, le personnel se concentre à plusieurs sur un seul et même client, l’un effectuant le check in et l’autre regardant. Cette attitude est peu professionnelle. Aucun rafraîchissement offert malgré la chaleur et la longue attente. Le wifi est déplorable et ne fonctionne pas. La salle de bain mérite un bon rafraîchissement

Great location. Great staff.
Pros:

All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of food. Good location. An easy walk to the centre. A big shout out to Sebastiano who was extremely helpful when I had a dental emergency.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, and housekeeping was exceptional. Our room was cleaned twice a day, and the towels were changed regularly, which made our stay even more comfortable.

The restaurant staff and waiters were outstanding, always friendly, professional, attentive, and smiling. They made every meal a pleasure.

Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

Pros:

Hotel was exceptionally clean and in an excellent location. It was just a short walk to the train station, the bus station, the shops, and the beach.

The hotel was quiet and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Luxurious and relaxing 11 nights.
Pros:

The rooftop pool and bar were great. We got a room upgrade upon arrival which was fantastic. A stunning, large & modern room this made all the difference to our stay as we stayed 11 nights here. Very friendly staff! The hotel is very central too.

Cons:

I think the cleaner didn’t fully understand me which is fair as we had a language barrier! I asked her one day not to clean the room and the following 2 days when I met her I said do clean it but she didn’t for 3 days I think she misunderstood. After talking to reception it was resolved! The rooftop bar opening for the evening would be great.
