Hotel was central, staff were very nice and helpful.
Pros:

It was central and had all that we required.

Cons:

The pillows too flat and hard to sleep on.

Love Sorrento
Pros:

The rooms were large and the location was perfect only a block from the Main Street. The rooftop pool and bar were great with a beautiful view.

Cons:

The only problem was that the pool and upstairs bar closed at 6:30 everyday. If you go on an excursion you don’t get back until 5 so most days they were kicking out a lot of people who would have hung out and drank in the pool

Beautiful Hotel, Great Location!
Pros:

The room was large and newly remodeled. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything but not in the middle of the chaos.

Cons:

They were a little overly particular about bringing in outside food and beverages.

We were met by the Manager on duty who kindly explained that we were getting an upgrade in our rooms which we were trill

The room were a little too modern and plan but very comfortable. The pool needs some foliage around it

Pros:

מיקום מושלם!! קרוב למרכז סורנטו אבל לא על הכיכר. בריכונת נחמדה. א.בוקר טובה.. בגדול היה ממש טוב ושווה.
שודרגנו בחינם לסוויטה שווה.
בהחלט נחזור.

Cons:

שסוגרים את הבריכה ב18:30 למרות שיש אור עד 21:00. ושחם ולח הבריכה זה מפלט מצויין להצטנן קצת... והיה חם ולח.

Wil je Sorrento verkennen of een dagtrip naar de Amalfikust maken, dan is dit een goede keuze.
Pros:

Het ontbijt is erg goed verzorgd met voldoende keuze. Het hotel ligt op een prima locatie, dicht bij het centrum maar wel uit de drukte. Het personeel is behulpzaam bij eventuele vragen over bv het OV of waar een goed restaurant is te vinden wat typische lokale gerechten serveert van een uitstekende kwaliteit.

Cons:

Het zwembad op het dak heeft geen schaduwplekken of parasols.

Excellent base for Sorrento
Pros:

Location is an ideal base for Sorrento, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Disappointed that the roof top bar/terrace closed at 18.30 everyday, the hotel definetly missed an opportunity to be a excellent evening drinks venue

Celkovo príjemný pobyt, ale s priestorom na zlepšenie. 👍
Pros:

Hotel má krásny bazén na 6. poschodí s terasou a úžasným výhľadom, čo bol pre nás jeden z hlavných highlightov pobytu. Ubytovaní sme boli na 4. poschodí a izby boli veľmi pekné, čisté a dobre zariadené. Celkovo sme boli s pobytom spokojní.

Cons:

Raňajky boli slabšie – malý výber a nie vždy úplne čerstvé. Nevýhodou bola aj skorá zatváracia doba bazéna a baru (18:45). Chýbal sušič na prádlo a na balkóne by sme ocenili pohodlnejšie sedenie.
