Ei meeldinud üldse see, et ventilatsiooni ei olnud võimalik välja lülitada. Mürises nagu raudteejaam või ööpäevaringselt töötav tehas oleks toas olnud. Milleks üldse hotelli minna kui magada ei saa????? Töötaja käis näpps nuppe ja laiutas käsi, nii on ja nii jääb. Vähemalt vältige tuba 537.

Please fix your wifi and chromecasts for the sake of all guests!
Pros:

Great location on the Aura River , K market is only like 300M away so perfect. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. Very great sized gym with good equipment for any needs

Cons:

Chromecast was having issues for my entire stay got it reset but it never really resolved. The internet was also really bad and wouldn’t load at points whilst being in the accommodation just wanted to watch a movie after exploring all day 😭. Had to connect to the other wifi available which was passworded and for “VIPS” Have better wifi on a VR train.

Unser Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Hotel hatte für uns eher den Charakter einer reinen Party-Veranstaltung als eines Ortes zur Erholung.

Die Nachbarin war extrem laut und zusätzlich hörte man immer wieder Geschrei und Lärm aus dem Gang. Besonders problematisch ist, dass die Zimmer offenbar sehr schlecht schallisoliert sind. Die Fensterscheiben sind nicht ausreichend isoliert, sodass auch Geräusche von draussen sehr deutlich im Zimmer zu hören waren.

Wir haben uns bei der Rezeption über den Lärm beschwert. Leider wurde erst ungefähr eine Stunde nach unserer Reklamation etwas unternommen. Erst danach wurde es tatsächlich ruhiger. Für ein Hotel, in dem man sich erholen und schlafen möchte, ist das aus unserer Sicht absolut ungenügend.

Insgesamt hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts viel zu viel Lärm und konnten die gewünschte Ruhe nicht geniessen. Wer ein ruhiges Hotel sucht, sollte sich unserer Erfahrung nach nach einer anderen Unterkunft umsehen.
