Personale molto cortese e gentile.
Mia sorella e' celiaca, ogni mattina lo staff della colazione stava molto attento nel servirle a colazione: direttamente al tavolo con torta sacher e torta della nonna.

This is one of the rare gems one meets once in many years and is definitely in my top-10 list in the 30 years of traveling. Everything in this hotel is exceptional: the location close to the main attractions, the variety and the quality of the breakfast, the impeccable rooms and maintenance, the lobby and its medieval-style interior.
