Rapport qualité-prix décevant
Pros:

Excellent emplacement, proche du métro et du train. Quartier agréable au bord des canaux avec un grand centre commercial à proximité.

Cons:

Prix beaucoup trop élevé pour une chambre minuscule et très basique. La chambre était sombre, située à l’arrière du bâtiment, sans aucune vue. Tout se fait via une application, facile à utiliser, mais il n’y a aucun contact avec le personnel, ce qui rend l’expérience assez impersonnelle. Le rapport qualité-prix est décevant et ne correspond pas à mes attentes.

Cons:

La limpieza era bajo demanda. Aunque envíe el correo para que limpiasen, no lo hicieron. Cuatro días sin limpiar ni cambiar toallas. Casi nos cobran un desayuno que no hicimos. En la habitación dejaron dos bolsas pequeñas de patatas y cacahuetes, que parecían un obsequio de bienvenida, pero luego nos las cobraron al dejar la habitación.

Sjónvarpið virkaði ekki til að stytta kvöldin með strákunum minum viðbrögðin voru að senda mann sem gat ekkert lagað og bauð einn lítinn bjór í staðinn... Þar sem ég borgaði fullt verð fyrir herbergið...og veitingastaður einungis með morgunmat ... Var áður með kvöldmat en ekki lengur og benda bara á staði út í bæ erfitt fyrir fólk sem getur litið labbað

Our sincere thanks and gratitude to all of the staff at the hotel. THANKS!
Pros:

The breakfast was the best part of the stay. Abundant selections to choose from to suit anyone’s tastes. Everyday fresh wholesome foods - cooked/served to perfection. If you skipped breakfast, you certainly missed a real treat. Our room was very comfortable and came with an excellent view of the pool and it was a delightful experience to see all the people swimming in frigid waters was an amazing site. The hotel is within walking distance of a Shopping Mall and small eateries. A perfect place to stay.

Cons:

Not a complaint: but the room was always cold. The hallway was warmer than our room. We tried to adjust the temperature to no avail. The front desk tried to get the temperature elevated but it didn’t seem to work. This is in no way to downgrade our stay.
