when u sit to take a coffebreak, You discover that besides paying more for the room including the "continental coffee break," you also have to pay extra to have part of the coffee break. A false sense of "continental" quality and very poor quality.

Cons:

The Iranian old short lady at the time of breakfast in the kitchen rudly ask me where is your voucher when I asked her do you have orange peako tea, she rudly cross questioned me that do you have a voucher? I was shocked, voucher? No one told me that I need a voucher for the breakfast. And eggs where not free.

Cons:

Le déjeuner pas assez diversifié puisque je ne mange pas de gluten ni produit laitier. J'ai dû payer un surplus de 8$ pour avoir des oeufs

Personal muy amable, todo muy limpio y cómodo.

Cons:

Para desayunar no hay nada para celíacos, tuvimos que pedir huevos . Falta un poco de luz en la habitación. Aunque pone quedes comer algo hasta 11 pm ,no pudimos comer nada 1 hora antes.

Great value, great staff, clean and quiet room!
Pros:

Comfortable, quiet room. A/C worked well, instant hot water for showers.
Breakfast included had lots of pasteries and breads. Eggs and bacon were extra.

Cons:

My booking stated Queen-sized bed, but in the fine print it was actually a large-double (Queen length but only Double width) We are larger folks, and would have been more comfortable in a Queen.

Decent stay. Will be back.
Pros:

It is a good location, clean and a decent price. Not the first time I’ve stayed there and likely not the last.

Cons:

There’s an old door stop in the middle of the floor in a high traffic area in the room I was in. I smashed my toes on it 3 times. Needs to be removed!

The hotel is about a 15min walk from the subway, and it's located in a rather deserted area. The breakfast was quite basic.

A great hotel in Vaughan
Pros:

First, the people at the desk we're more than accommodating, second the housekeeping staff was excellent, whatever was needed they took care of it quickly and they are exceptionally nice and polite. The hotel, which I have stayed at before and my wife really likes is quiet, very quiet, we stayed on the top floor in a king suite with a jacuzzi tub, the room is plenty of space for two people and even has a couch that can pull out to a bed if needed, the bedding was great, very comfortable and clean, sheets etc were as white and clean as snow. The location is great, there are stores and restaurants within walking distance if you like, they also have a nice Italian restaurant in the hotel but just about everything we wanted to visit in Vaughan was literally 10-15 minutes away by car.

Cons:

Honestly we had no complaints.

Overall would stay again.
Pros:

Easy to locate and lots of parking.

The staff were so friendly and everything was clean and the housekeeping staff put effort and pride into their work.

As a former housekeeper at with the Delta I was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the great work. I’ll be back and will definitely recommend to other family when travelling!

Cons:

The breakfast in the morning could have been a little better organized. No cereals both mornings we went down and had to ask for juice to be refilled and we were not down during the busy times.
