First, the people at the desk we're more than accommodating, second the housekeeping staff was excellent, whatever was needed they took care of it quickly and they are exceptionally nice and polite. The hotel, which I have stayed at before and my wife really likes is quiet, very quiet, we stayed on the top floor in a king suite with a jacuzzi tub, the room is plenty of space for two people and even has a couch that can pull out to a bed if needed, the bedding was great, very comfortable and clean, sheets etc were as white and clean as snow. The location is great, there are stores and restaurants within walking distance if you like, they also have a nice Italian restaurant in the hotel but just about everything we wanted to visit in Vaughan was literally 10-15 minutes away by car.

The hotel is about a 15min walk from the subway, and it's located in a rather deserted area. The breakfast was quite basic.
Easy to locate and lots of parking.
The staff were so friendly and everything was clean and the housekeeping staff put effort and pride into their work.
As a former housekeeper at with the Delta I was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the great work. I’ll be back and will definitely recommend to other family when travelling!
The breakfast in the morning could have been a little better organized. No cereals both mornings we went down and had to ask for juice to be refilled and we were not down during the busy times.

The in-room jacuzzi was a plus (for my spouse). The wi-fi was fast and reliable. The Italian-style design/ambiance was a nice touch. The included continental breakfast was also nice.
There were a few touch ups needed in our room (peeling paint). The room was located next to the Janitor's room - there seemed to be some noise that would occasionally start and stop at night while we were in the room - like a pump or something mechanical.
