Pros:

Struttura in posizione perfetta per vivere Pechino senza usare obbligatoriamente i mezzi pubblici. Comunicazione facile in inglese con il personale della reception. Ottima la colazione. Metropolitana proprio dietro l’hotel, pochi minuti a piedi.

Excellent hotel in all respects, 100% value for money.
Pros:

Value for money 100%. Excellent hotel in a very nice location, in a nice neighbourhood, 10 min walking to city center. Breakfast was very good. Staff very nice and helpful. Strongly recommend. Even though i reserved it few months ago made my mind only few days before because i was affected by some negative hotel reviews in web. Glad i ignored since my stay proved them biased. Possibly the best hotel i have been to regarding value for money.

Cons:

Even though staff were excellent, very nice snd eager to help, several had difficulties in communicating in english. But overall, very nice people.

Breakfast had good selection. Staff was courteous. Have free self-service laundry room.

Cons:

Was advertised as a 2 room apartment for family. But its actually a superior room and twin room with a connecting door, added with a sofa bed in each room, with barely any walking/sitting space.

Outstanding service
Pros:

Even though the hotel is old, it is well maintained. We were given a warm welcome by the service staff upon arrival which really made our day. We stayed 4 nights and were very touched by one of the staff, Yue Long, who constantly demonstrated high level of professionalism in ensuring our stay was memorable. He greeted us enthusiastically every time we see him, regardless of day or night and went out of his way to offer us invaluable tips and advice for our activities which really warms our hearts. The cleaning staff were also friendly and thoughtful. Thank you!
