Cons:

Piezas en tercer piso sin ascensor. Una tuvo chapa mala de la puerta y tabla del WC sueltas sin arreglo

O hotrl é ótimo! Voltaríamos com certeza !

Café da manhã ótimo , estacionamento no local ótimo , Funcionários atenciosos

Cons:

O restaurante do hotel fica lado e faz parte do grupo , alguns funcionários estão despreparados na resolução de problemas e para atender os clientes estrangeiros se enrolaram na hora de cobrar a conta no cartão WISE (a máquina não funcionava) e ainda sem paciência para entender nos deixando constrangidos, então pra evitar essa situação sugiro colocar os pagamentos na recepção do hotel , pois os funcionários do hotel são excelentes no atendimento.

Falta un velador, iluminación no buena, falta mantención en el baño, (secador no esta en buen estado, funciona pero le falta tapa de seguridad, falta cambio de silicona y limpieza de cerámica en ducha, falta repisa para dejar toallas).

Lage perfekt mit Blick auf das Meer, am oberen Ende des Strandes zum Leuchtturm 15 min zu Fuß. Das Restaurant im Hotel war gut und das Frühstücksbuffet auch. Nettes Personal im Service.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war komplett lustlos, planlos und überfordert, der Check in war echt anstrengend. Englisch? keine Chance und das chilenische Spanisch runtergerattert - ebenfalls keine Chance es zu verstehen. Langsamer sprechen wollten sie irgendwie nicht. Im Restaurant war es kein Problem.
Das Zimmer war schon sehr eng, wir mussten unser Gepäck stapeln - für zwei Rucksäcke war kein Platz. Kleiderbügel etc. - Fehlanzeige
