El área de la alberca.
Que desafortunadamente sus sillas hacen muchísimo ruido y si te tocan huéspedes como los que me tocaron a mi te hace pasar una muuuy mala noche ya que las arrastraban constantemente y no dejaron de hacerlo hasta como las 3:00 a.m. ( aclaro que metí mi reporte a recepción y por un momento pararon, pero luego de un rato continuaron haciendo lo mismo😡😡, lo cuál hizo muy desagradable mi estancia y descanso).
El personal muy amable, y aunque me quede sólo dos noches hicieron el aseo del cuarto

Nos hospedamos ahí porque es petfriendly.
La tarifa para las mascotas es muy elevada y no cuentan con áreas para las mascotas, solo el parking el cual tiene el suelo muy caliente debido al clima de Tuxtla. El desayuno no es de muy buena calidad para un hotel de esa categoría, entiendo que estén en remodelación, pero el servicio de desayuno fue terrible desde los productos hasta los utensilios proporcionados.
