Safe nonetheless. The hotel is an older facility but I can tell the staff takes pride in cleanliness and upkeep. It’s a good price for this facility. Sufficed for a quick two day stay for Disney.

I liked almost everything about this place. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The place has aged well with lots of character. Well maintained, very clean, with lots of amenities. The suites are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipt. This is now my go to place when i'm in SoCal. The hallway can be noisy when people are talking outside your door, but they provide earplugs in suite, if it bothers you too much!

We like just about everything about the place. It’s got a nice Spanish colonial decor. The staff were helpful, friendly, and courteous. It is located in a good area. They have nice beds and pillows, very nice showers and bathrooms. That they have newer, air-conditioning units, which are quiet. There is really very little to complain about.
We asked if the floors are quiet because usually people staying in upper floors are noisy, and they were. So that’s probably the only bad part I can think of. They don’t have an ice machine. Breakfast was OK because they do a continental one, but then they did not have any creamer a second day, just powder stuff. Bear ink mind that I am being picky at this point.
The location to Disneyland was great, also everything that was around, stores, restaurants. Love the room, specially that had a kitchen.
The only sad part was the breakfast, it was just pastry, milk and coffee..

Location close to amusement parks, great food, shopping and has good pool. Great value for couples with kids in one room.
Second stay in 10 years. Has dated a bit, service still excellent but needs some TLC.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming! My stay was nice since I was able to use the kitchen and the room was spacious. The parking was also convenient and close to the location I had to travel to.
Some of the towels still had hair on them and I had to exchange them for newer ones! One of the blankets on the bed also had a stain. Apart from that the furniture was clean but it did make me want to inspect the bed further because of the cleanliness. There was also a smoke smell left in the room that I stayed in. The noise from the hallways is also loud (there's ear plugs provided) but there was a stray cat that kept meowing in the hallway.
Beautiful property, loved the style! The rooms are so spacious and well decorated, the beds are great, and of course it’s really nice to have a nice kitchen. The pool is great! And the staff was wonderful.
Guests smoking weed on the property (hate the smell). Couldn’t be on our balcony because they were smoking constantly right below us. Wish this was a no-smoking facility.

The beds are rock hard.
The air conditioner is not adjustable and does not turn off
Very damp and musty.
The floors are tile so when housekeeping rolls their carts in the halls it sounds like someone has waged war every morning.
