La ubicación, a 20 minutos andando al centro

Fue una estancia horrible. En primer lugar, no es un hotel de 4* en absoluto, gracias si se acerca a las dos. Las fotos son de hace 12 años. La habitación pequeña, donde no funcionaba el frigorífico. El desayuno, muy mejorable, sólo se salvaba el yogurt. Pero el TOP fue la terraza en el ático, donde casi todas las noches se hacen fiestas con personas no huéspedes del hotel, pero eso lo descubrimos la última noche. Detectamos que todas las noches a partir de las 12 había gente en la terraza bebiendo, dando voces y con música. Evidentemente nos quejamos todos los días sin resultado. Pero, la última noche baje a las 3:00 a quejarme por enésima vez y cuál fue mi sorpresa cuando descubrí que el recepcionista venía de la terraza con una botella de vino y antes mis quejas llamó por teléfono a sus "amigos" para que bajasen el volumen. La mañana siguiente hablamos con el que parecía encargado, y su respuesta fue "si están bebidos qué queréis que hagamos".

Atención perfecta y solución inmediata
Pros:

Lo mejor la atención del recepcionista. Nos busco una habitación de dos camas en un hotel cercano. De 10. Y las vistas desde l azotea un plus que no lo dicen, pero las tiene! Con mesas para disfrutar!!!
