Hôtel sympa près du centre ville
Pros:

L’hôtel est dans le centre ville
Très propre
Les patrons sont sympa et accueillant

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas assez de prise près du lit et la télé. Une seule n’est pas suffisante.

No air conditioning and rooms overlook a noisy square
Pros:

Location is central
Shower is nice
There is a minibar, which is great to keep bottled water cool

Cons:

I should have checked but air conditioning has become so standard it did not occur to me that there was none. With a heat of over 30 degrees it was not good. Friends of mine stayed there last year and didn’t come back because of the lack of A/C
While at night it was cooling sleeping with open windows meant not sleeping well due to the noise. The windows overlook a main square with terraces open late with loud people. One night there were a bunch of people making a racket in the square until at least 3 am.
Housekeeping is sloppy. In addition, the staff leaves all rooms open on two floors with no one around, anyone could just walking. Not to mention that the staff leaves dirty linen in the middle of the staircase blocking the way, which caused me to trip and hurt my elbow trying to avoid it. The excuse I was given was that reception had told them there were no guests in the building.
The safe heats up inside, anything you leave there stays super hot.
Pillows aren’t very good.
Staff is unfriendly and un accommodating.

Pros:

Tout , depuis 19 ans ,nous venons chaque année 1 à 2 x . Toujours aussi bien accueilli, toujours le même personnel,le même chef en cuisine ! On ne change pas une équipe qui gagne !

Pros:

Das Bad war modern. Zentrale Lage im Ort, trotzdem leicht zu parken. Restaurant ist gut, inklusive Frühstück.

Cons:

Es war zu warm im Zimmer. Und es war nicht klar, woher das kam. Die Heizung war aus. Draußen war es kühler. Es gab nur eine Treppe zum Zimmer. Sie war steil.

Overpriced for what it can offer.

Breakfast-time staff were smiling and kind.

Cons:

The staff, specifically the dinner-time staff, do not smile much, and are almost rude.
There was no hand soap when we first settled in the room.

Great little hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Fantastic location.
Couple minutes walk to the funicular cable car up to Thermes de Spa.
Right in the middle of town, with good restaurants nearby.
Less than 10 minutes walk to train station.
Room was big, breakfast very pleasant.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like.

proposition : installation de l'air conditionné (ou ventilateur) dans la chambre car impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte vu le bruit de la rue et trop chaud dans la chambre vu l'exposition de celle-ci au soleil

SUPER HOTEL UITSTEKENDIIII
Pros:

Gezellig, authentiek ingericht prachtig, lekker eten, vriendelijk personeel.
Mooie verzorgde kledij, bediening volgens de regels van de kunst.
2 X gaan eten daar tiptop in orde, zeker aan te raden.

A refaire!
Pros:

La chambre était confortable, le personnel attentif et le petit-déjeuner varié et de qualité.
L'accès aux thermes est à 50m via le funiculaire, c'est très facile.

Cons:

Pas de parking lié à l'hôtel mais le parking à proximité est facile et gratuit.
