We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was organized, clean, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the honesty and professionalism of the European receptionist at the hotel — the calculations and billing were handled very accurately and transparently, without any mistakes. This gave us a great sense of trust and comfort during our stay. Highly recommended.

Prima hotel!
Pros:

Mooie kamer. Fijn bed. Goede douche. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Gratis buskaart tijdens verblijf. Parkeergarage.

Iets te ver buiten centrum om naar de binnenstad te lopen.

Sehr schön
Pros:

Ich habe am Vortag angerufen, ob es möglich ist, schon vorher einen Parkplatz zu bekommen, und es hat super funktioniert. Das ganze Hotel ist wunderschön und sauber! Ich konnte leider wegen des Ausfalls meiner Schulung nicht nächtigen, aber ich werde dies ganz bestimmt privat nachholen. Das Personal war super freundlich, sehr motiviert und wahnsinnig hilfsbereit. Ich war schon öfter weg, aber das Hotel hat alle anderen übertroffen :)

Cons:

Es war eine Bus- Reisegruppe mit 175 Personen aus Asien im Hotel. Um7.30h wurde bereits das Frühstücksbüffet komplett leergegessen.
Das Personal hat sich zwar sehr bemüht,
aber vieles konnte auch nicht mehr nachgelegt werden. Schade. Durch diesen Umstand ist das Frühstück a 20.-€ pro Person nicht i.O.

Good room, but poor communication and missing amenities made the stay disappointing
Pros:

The staff at check-in was friendly and professional.
The room itself was comfortable, and hypoallergenic bedding was provided as requested, which I appreciated.

Cons:

The night staff during my stay was unprofessional and communication was difficult.
Although the Booking.com description stated that the room includes a telephone and wake-up service, I was told this was not available because I had been upgraded to a different type of room. This upgrade was not agreed nor communicated in advance.
The upgraded room also had a coffee machine but no capsules provided. When I asked about this, the interaction felt uncomfortable rather than helpful.
Additionally, the pet fee mentioned by Booking.com is 10 EUR and when I got there I was announced that it's actually 25 EUR.
Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.
