Rapport qualité prix imbattable, emplacement pratique pour une arrivée tardive en avion.
Pros:

Arrivés sur l’île sans hôtel réservé, cet établissement a été notre point de chute de dernière minute. À quelques minutes seulement de l’aéroport, l’emplacement est particulièrement pratique.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et le rapport qualité-prix quasiment imbattable. Mention spéciale également à l’accueil de Katia à 23h50, absolument irréprochable.

Cons:

On est ici davantage sur un produit “all inclusive”, fréquenté principalement par des retraités ou de jeunes familles avec enfants courant réserver les transats dès le matin.

Si vous recherchez un hôtel romantique, intimiste ou typique, passez votre chemin. Les chambres, bien que propres, sont un peu vieillottes.

Quant à l’expérience du petit-déjeuner, elle m’a laissé sans voix : une horde de touristes dévalisant le buffet dans un brouhaha improbable, rappelant rapidement les limites du tourisme de masse…

Un bon séjour
Pros:

Très bel hôtel pour un séjour à Madère 🌴
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les infrastructures pour les enfants, avec la petite pataugeoire/piscine et le toboggan 🛝, parfaits pour les petits. La vue sur les avions était aussi un vrai plus, surtout pour les enfants qui adorent regarder les décollages ✈️

Petit geste très apprécié également : le petit-déjeuner préparé pour notre départ très matinal avec le premier vol du matin. Une attention qui fait plaisir !

Les soirées organisées par l’hôtel étaient sympathiques et l’ensemble du personnel était accueillant et souriant 😊

Malgré cela, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et gardons un beau souvenir de cet hôtel ☀️

Cons:

Quelques petits points négatifs malgré tout :

* l’eau de la piscine était très froide ;
* il faut réserver la piscine intérieure, ce qui est un peu dommage ;
* et il n’y avait pas toujours quelqu’un disponible pour la réception des linges. Mon conjoint a dû attendre un bon moment avant que quelqu’un vienne récupérer son linge personnel.

Autre petit bémol : certains membres du staff ne parlaient pas portugais. Mon conjoint parlant la langue, cela l’a un peu surpris dans un hôtel situé au Portugal.

Pros:

We booked this hotel through Jet2 travelling from the UK. Let me first say this hotel is Portuguese owned and they clearly do not welcome or appreciate British customers. There is no information in the room in English and very little anywhere else. Jet2 should not be sending their British customers here. The reception staff were borderline hostile to us in the main, ignorant mostly. Never felt so unwelcome on holiday.
We were bed and breakfast so ate in the resort largely. Breakfast was good, lots of choice.
The hotel was very clean throughout.
I have never stayed at a 4 star hotel before that has no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Very poor in my opinion. You can hire a kettle from reception? Whether you can also buy tea and coffee making items I don’t know as we didn’t hire a kettle. Seems ridiculous for what you pay that there is nothing to make a drink with.
I would never ever return to this or any other hotel in this chain. You are happy to take our money, don’t be so rude and hostile to paying guests.

Not for me
Pros:

Good shower over bath. Freshly cooked eggs for breakfast. Very clean.

Cons:

Far too big. Generally tired, e.g. rusty bath, uncomfortable mattress.
Breakfast was frenzied, with food choices running out faster than they could be replaced. There wasn't too much choice to begin with. Silly price.

Very nice, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Wonderful location close to airport and right on the beach.

Cons:

Our shower was broken but they let us use another room to take a shower.
