Pros:

This is one of the best beach hotels we have ever stayed in — beautiful decor, comfortable rooms, stunning pools, and direct beach access with loungers made every day a pleasure. With several restaurants to choose from, delicious food at each of them, we never felt the need to leave the peaceful haven of the hotel’s expansive grounds. The service throughout was truly exceptional. We had the most amazing five days!

Perfect relaxing days on our honeymoon!
Pros:

It was such a great choice for us to relax! The resort is very charming, the staff was very attentive, and all the food was delicious, with great care regarding my nut allergy. The beach is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for swimming.

I would absolutely recommend it!

Cons:

Our stay was incredible, and these are just a few small feedback points to help improve what is already amazing:

1. Having soundproof windows in the rooms facing the resort next door. Sometimes their loud music was a bit disturbing when trying to sleep.
2. We missed having a little space to sit near the river pool. Since we were not staying in the rooms facing it, we didn’t really have anywhere to leave our things while enjoying that pool.

The facilities and the room was good

Cons:

The food and service were not so good. The service in the bars and restaurants was not good enough. Also it was weird that in the pool bar there was no food to order. Also the cleaning ladies sometimes missed our room and we had to call reception. Drinks and food are expensive

Sehr schöne, weitläufige Anlage. Es wirkt selten überfüllt, große Vielfalt an Pools, Strandbereich und Restaurants. Ausrichtung auf Familien mit Kleinkindern mit entsprechend liebevollen Details und Aktivitäten für die Kleinen.

Cons:

Restaurants müssen weit im Voraus gebucht werden (Anfang Mai waren nicht alle durchgehend geöffnet). Wir mussten trotz anderer Buchung einmal umziehen, da wir ein Kinderwagen-unfreundliches Zimmer mit Treppe bekamen. Größter Minuspunkt: Beim Abendessen wurden bereits die Tische fürs Frühstück eingedeckt, das entsprach nicht dem Ambiente und preislich hohen Niveau. Kein aktuelles Programm für den Kinderclub auffindbar.

Struttura bellissima e molto curata, cibo delizioso, camere grandi e ben suddivise.

Cons:

Personale gentile, ma in parte non istruito a gestire cosí tante famiglie con bambini piccoli (mancano seggioloni al ristorante, come anche stoviglie per bambini)

Pros:

Since we travelled by car, the hotel’s location was not a concern for us. We were warmly welcomed by very friendly and attentive staff, and the hotel’s aesthetic is truly stunning. The garden is beautifully lush — filled with a wonderful variety of plants — and our child absolutely loved the cat café in front of the hotel, where the staff provide food for the local cats to keep them peacefully away from the main hotel area.

The beach is lovely, though we didn’t spend much time there as it was quite windy during our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous selection of options to choose from. Beds were really comfy.

Although nearly every family had one or two children under the age of five, the atmosphere remained calm and noticeably quieter than at many larger family-friendly hotels.

Cons:

The family room felt quite cramped, and the bathroom was especially tight — there was no underfloor heating, which meant the floor stayed constantly wet after showering. The room was also very humid, and the air conditioning did little to help with this.

The noise from the neighbouring hotel was a significant issue. Loud music played every night until 11 pm, which was particularly frustrating given that this is marketed as a family-friendly hotel and we were travelling with a young child. It happened every single night and genuinely affected our stay.

The pools looked a little tired and could have been warmer for May.

Finally, drinks and food at the hotel restaurants were extremely overpriced — even by local upscale dining standards.

Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel dat altijd voor je klaarstaat.
Prachtig gelegen vlakbij het strand.
Heerlijk eten zowel tijdens ontbijt als in de eigen restaurants. Vooral het Mezze restaurant was heerlijk!

Cons:

Geen koffiemachine in de ontbijtruimte maar personeel bracht wel steeds de koffie.
Veel muggen op de kamer eerste nacht.

Le parfait compromis entre raffinement et kids friendly
Pros:

L’emplacement. L’ambiance cosy du lobby. Les chambres vue sur mer confortables. La piscine chauffée en ce début de saison. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner excellent.

Cons:

Problème de staff à la piscine (serviettes usagées qui envahissent vite les abords de la piscine principale), mais peut-être du à ce début de saison.
Pas de VMC dans la salle de bain. Restaurants relativement chers.
