Friendly staff, great location, clean rooms, family room for 4. Nice breakfast. Very good air conditioning.

Cons:

Our room was right off the lobby so it was loud in the morning as breakfast was being prepared etc.... not a major inconvenience. Beach towels were provided (convenient!) however the staff wanted us to use the same ones everyday instead of exhanging them for dry ones.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but I expected better value for the price.

The location is excellent and close to the port and the train station by walking, the breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The air conditioning worked very well, making the stay comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The room was quite small, and the shower door did not close properly, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor.
