Très déçus , chère pour un établissement mourant !!!
Pros:

Rien !! Sale , mauvaise odeur dans les chambres . Pas d’électricité , clim bruyante … bref cet établissement ne mérite pas du tout 4 étoiles !!!

Pros:

Acceuil réceptionniste, bienveillant et à l écoute. Concierge pour lavoiture très agréable et opérationnel.
J ai récupéré ma voiture lavé.
Super petit dejeuner Merci

Cons:

Hôtel vieillot, moquette sale, et propreté des chambres laisses à désirer. On se demande si les draps ont été changé.
Mais pour le prix on ne peut pas tout à voir. Pour une nuit c est parfait

Nous revenons nous ne reviendrons plus au Concorde malgré les quelques points positifs, les points négatifs, l’emporte l
Pros:

Nous avons aimé la climatisation dans les chambres qui étaient très bien,
La piscine plutôt grande et les transats tout autour de la piscine
La taille des chambres
L’emplacement en plein cœur de Sfax, à côté de tout Restaurant, grande surface etc.
Le petit déjeuner est plutôt varié, sucré salé
La plupart du personnel était plutôt compétent et agréable

Cons:

La propreté était très limite dans la chambre.
Les rideaux étaient tachées de partout.
Le ménage dans les chambres était très mal. Fait vraiment en surface
Les moquettes étaient sales dans globalement tout l’hôtel,
Mobilier dépassé
Lliterie catastrophique
Le serveur du bar très désagréable
La salle de sport avec une climatisation qu’il faut allumer à chaque fois et demander de surcroîts qu’il ne fonctionne pas beaucoup
Le tapis de sport n’a même pas fonctionné de tout le séjour, ils nous ont dit que les appareils avaient basculé au Concorde de Tunis incroyable
Et de surcroît à la salle de sport était très sale Jammet nettoyée

الشاب في الخدمات كان لطيف حيث طلبنا منه تغيير الثلاجة بإعتبارها قديمة ولا تشتغل فقام بذلك بكل لطف
