TRANQUIL·LITAT I RELAX EN ACABAR LES VISITES I EXCURSIONS

Habitacions familiars àmplies i confortables amb llits grans king size, llàstima que els coixins no eren tan còmodes. Lavabo gran i net amb tovalloles i barnús per a tots. Personal molt amable i atent. Esmorzar buffet molt bó i variat. Vistes al mar fantàstiques per veure la posta de sol assegut al balcó. Bones instal·lacions amb piscines cobertes i descobertes, petit gimnàs,... Et deixen un fabulós detall de benvinguda a l'habitació amb fruita i una ampolla de vi, a més, cada dia et deixen ampolles d'aigua a la nevera. Molt a prop de la platja i de la zona de bars de moda "Paceville", a uns 10' caminant, però totalment apartat per tenir un clima de calma si es vol descansar.

Cons:

El servei nocturn en el restaurant THE EDGE que està en un lloc privilegiat de la costa, no va ser gens bo, estaven pendents de plegar tot i arribar dins l'horari establert. Van trigar molt en servir tres plats de pasta i quan van arribar, s'havien descuidat d'un dels plats de la comanda, tot i que l'error va ser seu, no van voler preparar aquell plat perquè el xef no volia cuinar i així mateix ens ho van dir, vam acabar menjant una altra cosa i no ens la van cobrar per les molèsties, però trobo que un hotel d'aquestes característiques no es pot permetre el luxe de quedar tan malament amb els clients.

Pros:

It’s a great location with beautiful views.. staff are very friendly and helpful. Melody was great and also mark whom cleaned our room while we stayed. Any extras needed was provided straight away.

Dużym atutem hotelu jest lokalizacja , nieco na uboczu rozrywkowego centrum .Piekny widok na morze a nie na zatokę , Miła obsługa, dobre spa

Nie jest to najnowszy obiekt i wielu miejscach to widać. Niestety czystośc na korytarzach pozostawia wiele do życzenia
