The staff, in particular Alex and Tania The Maltese bar staff. Their local knowledge was a great help, and also in my opinion a huge boon for any hotel in Malta. Very courteous and professional. True ambassadors for the Radisson group.
Avoid the bar snack foods very poor quality and honestly speaking the service was less than average. Honestly overpriced and not enjoyable.
The customer service and location are good.
Not a five star hotel. Facilities are outdated, H&S issues with tiles, air con is temperamental, beds and pillows uncomfortable and the breakfast low quality food and choice selection. Not an enjoyable experience.

You cannot deny these views, if you have a little extra $, book a room with a sea view - so totally worth it.
Pool area is great, SPA facilities also really nice, definitely worth visiting!

A bit shabby for its price and breakfast wasn’t anything special.
I have booked and paid for a room for 3 people but it was set for two (in all fairness, it was a last minute booking but set up was not offered as an option ), we had to follow up on additional towels, pillows etc and cramping all in one bed. We were just to tired going back and forward asking for things. AC wasn’t powerful enough to cool the room (mid summer heatwave) so sleep was BAD. Beds are comfortable though.

The staff and the cleanliness. The location with the sea view and the pool is an amazing luxury stay for in Malta! If you need anything, Claire at the front desk is the one at your disposal
Great stay at the Radisson Hotel St. Julian’s. The breakfast was exceptional, the room was very clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

Die Lage war nicht gut. Viele und störende Baustellen. Preis-Leistung unverhältnismässig und generell viel zu teuer. Die Anlage ist nicht wie auf den Fotos. Die Infrastruktur ist mangelhaft. Das Fitness ist ebenfalls nicht ausreichend ausgestattet und war mangelhaft.

The service was outstanding and beyond expectations. They helped us during the stay from booking a last minute cab when Uber did not come pick us up, to keep our luggage on the check out when our flight was late. Best hotel in the area as far from construction site. Excellent breakfast with loads of choice and good for vegetarian. Despite going in busy season, we never had issue to find a seat by the pool, there was loads of shade too.
Air con on the room would need a remote, pressure in the shower was not very strong
