Memorable trip.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, safe, perfect location within 3mins walk to the train station and Leura Mall...room are cozy, bed was superb, comfy and warm.

Great apartment in Leura
Pros:

Clean, spacious apartment in a great location in Leura, with access to shops nearby. The train station is virtually on the other side of the road!

Parking was within a covered car park (it requires a remote key, which was provided after checkin).

The Bathroom and Kitchen were both good.

Good heating within the apartment.

Very easy location to stay in Leura, walkable all over town
Pros:

location terrific just a bit awkward re location of checking in, then getting keys. Some stairs to go up to rooms so if heavy bags may be an issue

Generally very clean, comfortable and nice. Very good location.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom and one of the kitchen cupboard doors was missing.

Average. Would not stay there again with an elderly parent.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

No water pressure in the shower and limited hot water. Trains were noisy. No lifts so I had to help my 92 year old mother up and down 3 flights of stairs and her luggage.

OK for a night or two
Pros:

Good location aa close to Leura Station and shops. Sound proofing was good. Secure car park. Staff on arrival was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was somewhat run down with a few things not working. Toaster wasn't clean. Bed was far from comfy.Staff on duty while I asked for extra milk n ribbish bags (deal to multiday stay) and that same staff when I had to swap the garage remote control (deal to melfunctioning) wasn't the most welcoming..

The spires was very quiet. Double doors meant you didn’t hear the highway or trains. One bedroom apartment had great heating. Parking was free and available-parking was provided through a he locked car park.

The rooms were big in size with comfortable beds and great layout with separate bedrooms and each with bathroom. Close walking distance to the town and overall good location to Katoomba.

Cons:

Kitchen needed a little more equipment and a few things needed attending to within the room and bathroom.
