Charming Old School European Hotel in Prime Location
Pros:

Hotel Drei Mohren is a comfortable old school European hotel located in the absolute center of the main tourist area. The train station is an easy 15-minute walk or a 10-minute bus ride away. The gorge and Olympic stadium are easily accessible by bus with a bus stop just in front of the hotel. The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable with good Wi-Fi. An abundant German breakfast is served every morning in the attached restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Drei Mohren and highly recommend it. I doubt there's a better option in this price range in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Nettes Personal in angenehmem Hotel.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, dennoch ruhig. Gemütliches Familienzimmer mit kleinem Nebenzimmer. Viel Ablagefläche und Stauraum.

Cons:

Frühstücksauswahl war klein aber fein.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen vom freundlichen und sehr aufmerksamen Personal in allen Bereichen. Das Gästehaus liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone von Garmisch und hat somit gute Auswahl an Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Beim Frühstück hat uns an nichts gefehlt und alles war von guter Qualität. Das Familienzimmer was wir bekommen haben war sehr sauber und verfügte über einen Tisch und zwei Einzelbetten für die Kinder. Das letzte kamm bei unseren Teenagern sehr gut an. Im 2. OG hatten wir gute Sicht auf die Berge.

Cons:

Das Zimmer und Badezimmer sind recht klein. Es gab wenig Platz für Gepäckablage.

Aufmerksamer Service und angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Drei Mohren. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal: Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Als wir ein Problem auf dem Zimmer hatten, wurde uns schnell und unkompliziert weitergeholfen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel aufgrund des freundlichen Services und der angenehmen Atmosphäre weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Persönlich hätte ich mir etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht, zum Beispiel Haferflocken, Nüsse oder wechselnde Angebote. Das ist jedoch Geschmackssache und hat unseren Gesamteindruck nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt.

Erholsamer Urlaub.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, ansprechendes Äußeres, gutes Restaurant, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück, schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf die Berge.

Cons:

Bad hatte kleine Schwächen die man aber leicht ändern könnte.

Enttäuschend, unbequem und zu teuer

Cons:

Leider war der Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem. Besonders negativ war, dass zwei einzelne Betten auf Rollen als Doppelbett verkauft wurden. Dadurch sind die Betten nachts immer wieder auseinandergerollt bzw. durch den Raum gerutscht, was einen erholsamen Schlaf kaum möglich gemacht hat.

Als ich dies vor Ort angesprochen habe, wurde mir zunächst gesagt, das sei normal. Beim Auschecken hieß es dann jedoch, dass dies nicht normal sei und man es hätte beheben können. Zwar gab es einen kleinen Nachlass von 10 Euro pro Nacht, allerdings hätte ich deutlich lieber vernünftig geschlafen.

Auch beim Service gab es Probleme: Zwei Bestellungen wurden vollständig vergessen, und auf eine weitere Bestellung mussten wir sehr lange warten. Das hat den Gesamteindruck zusätzlich negativ beeinflusst.

Das Frühstück war aus meiner Sicht eher mager und bot nur eine sehr begrenzte Auswahl. Zusätzlich ist die Parkplatzsituation schwierig, da nur sehr wenige Parkplätze vorhanden sind.

Insgesamt war ich mit dem Aufenthalt leider nicht zufrieden.

Fabulous stay in Garmisch
Pros:

Fabulous location in the old part of town. The owners / hosts wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable in every way. Internet and shower excellent. Breakfast was all inclusive something for everyone. Parking included and in a private location along side of the hotel. Also the elevator made it easy to get to the room with all (family)of our cases.
