Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Really enjoyed the simple breakfast,especially the yoghurt.
Location 10 minutes walk away from the centre
Room was spacious
Having a restaurant on site was good
Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Having two hotels with the same name in the same city was confusing ,especially if you get lost in the city

An idea hotel experience.
Pros:

An exceptional experience. Arrived early and the staff were very accomodating while waiting for the room to be ready. The room is well appointed and layed out, with a real suite feel. After flying for 15 hours, the shower was perfect; it was both hot and had great pressure. Breakfast has many options, and travelling as primarily Vegan, the staff made extra effort to ensure there were milk alternatives. The spa and gym are great. While I didn't book a treatment, I loved having the steam, sauna, showers, and heated/jetted jacuzzi pool. I did make sure of both the cafe for doing work in the morning and did use the listening station. And then you've got lovely parts of Buenos Aires out the front steps. One of the best hotel experiences I've had in awhile.

Cons:

Quite literally just that the lighting control panel for the top light was a touch panel by the side of the bed. Otherwise, I struggle to find anything to say I didn't like. I don't like that it's so far away that it's not easy to return.

Las habitaciones, en especial las camas muy cómodas. La ubicación excelente.

Pros:

Era cliente frequente do hotel antes da reforma e esta foi a primeira vez depois dela. O hotel foi atualizado em design e comodidades, sem perder seu charme habitual. O café da manhã melhorou muito, em qualidade e local mais confortável e compatível. A localização do hotel é perfeita, perto de restaurantes, lojas de vinhos, mercadinhos e comércio da av. Santa Fe.
