Me morí de frío. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba y, después de muchísimas horas de reclamar, recién me cambiaron de habitación (y ahi me mori de calor). Mientras tanto, el botones lo único que me decía era que tuviera “paciencia”. ¿Paciencia? Ya eran las 2 de la mañana y al día siguiente tenía que salir temprano. Sinceramente, no entiendo esa lógica ni la falta de respuesta ante un problema tan básico.

Además, las habitaciones tenían un olor muy desagradable( a CHIVO) y el desayuno me pareció bastante pobre para lo que uno espera del hotel.

Quiero destacar especialmente a la chica del restaurante que intervino esa noche para ayudarme: fue muy amable, se preocupó por resolver la situación y tuvo una excelente predisposición. Lamentablemente, fue de las pocas personas que realmente intentó darme una solución.

Los 2 ascensores son sólo para 3 adultos, a pesar de ser grande. Es muy lento y tuvimos que usar las escaleras muchas veces.

Localização e conforto
Pros:

Localização, ótimas instalações, colaboradores amáveis, conforto acústico e mimos no apartamento.
Com certeza, voltarei a me hospedar.

Cons:

O enxoval necessita mais atenção.
O ar condicionado apresentou problema, foi reportado, mas, não foi solucionado ate o check out.
Não foi recolocado o secador de cabelos no apartamento.
Seria interessante alternar os itens do cafe da manhã. Se a estadia é maior, pode enjoar sempre as mesmas opções.

Pros:

Atendimento Incrível por parte do hotel. Chegamos e fomos muito bem recebimos por um homem extremamente carinhoso, que nos atendeu perfeitamente até a nossa volta. Ele falava muito bem o português e nos ajudou em todas as dúvidas e dicas para nosso passeio.

Hotel Incrível.
Pros:

Otimo hotel. Quarto conforme fotos, otimo banheiro/banho, limpeza do quarto impecável.
Tudo novinho (07/2026) num ambiente incrivel.
Não utilizamos, mas vimos que hotel tem o seu proprio café/restaurante (Tierra) e estava sempre movimentado.
O café da manhã também era muito bom, com variedades de pães, bolos, frutas, etc.

Cons:

Gostamos de tudo no hotel. Experiência muito boa.
