It's ok for one night.
Pros:

The property is situated just steps from the main strip. The staff at the front desk was pleasant and the Valet was the highlight of the visit, very kind and approachable.

Cons:

A vinyl sheet on the bathroom wall to cover outdated tiles is not a renovation. The bathtub was rusty, the faucets were outdated, and please invest in better bed linen and door latches.

Great Location. Questionable Customer Service

The Location, Proximity To Eateries and Beach.

Cons:

Upon Checking In. The staff didn't make any of our needs an Urgent Matter. We wanted to view Game 5 of The NBA Championship. Our TV Wasn't Working. It Took The Staff 90 Minutes To Address The Issue and Remedy. The gentleman at the front desk Checking In The Guest Is Completely In The Wrong Position. Maybe He Should Be In Maintenance; Instead of Guest Interaction.....

Roach hotel stay away
Pros:

Checked in, went up to the room, sat on the bed, looked at the ceiling and saw roaches went down immediately to get a refund. We booked for three nights. They issued a refund for the two other nights and told us that we would have to speak to the manager Raymond the next day so we called him. He was very rude to my girlfriend and said welcome to Florida we have roaches. I highly recommend no one staying at this place as it is a dump and it roach infested..

The breakfast was disappointing . It was a box, bagel, yogurt, orange juice, and danish. We expected a hot breakfast.
Pros:

It was convenient and we had a nice view of the beach and the intercoastal

Cons:

The room was extremely hot, even turning the AC down to 60°. The bedding for different travelers with us was inconsistent and some beds were very uncomfortable. The rooms are dated.

Pros:

Everything! The penthouse was the best along with staff!

Cons:

Room 808 had a very broken bed, hot room, but we were only staying in it 3 days then moving to the penthouse. I told the front desk after speaking to a guest in level 4, they lived their room. So I was just thinking it was an older AC unit and didn’t have the power. But no, penthouse is where it’s at!!!

Pase toda una noche cambiando de abitacion por problemas con las mismas

La vista muy bonita hacia el mar

Hice el check in a las 9pm
Me dieron el cuarto 806 la cual tenía la cortina del baño con hongo
Luego me dieron el cuarto 805 la cual el toilet estaba tapado y el agua salia afuera
Luego me dieron el cuarto 707 la cual en el baño tenía 3 cotes femenino con sangre .

Relativa mente en ves de descansar esa noche solo estuve pasando de cuarto en cuento. Espero Que mejoren la gerencia

Amazing experience!
Pros:

Wow!! The pictures on the internet do not do this place justice! It is such a great vibe and so beautiful! Daniel greeted us at the front desk by name and we were lucky enough to be given an upgraded room! Gorgeous room-amazing views of marina and the ocean! We ate at Lolas and the drinks and dinner were top notch! Great location as we were able to walk to the pier and the beach and plenty of places to eat! We will be back and I have already recommended it to some friends! Great weekend getaway!

The valet and the view of the marina

Cons:

It was not as described , bugs ..no housekeeping unless you ask. Not fully updated. Food was ok but not for the money. Charged 💰💰💰 for drinks brought in plastic little shot glasses was weird.
