Sands Harbor Resort and Marina

This area of Pompano Beach is very nice. Easy to get to and quiet for the most part. The view is excellent. Check in is fairly easy. It has a nice pool and on site bar/restaurant. Water Taxi arrives as well. I checked in late and it wasn't a problem. They have snacks and drinks you can buy for your room.

Location was good. Good view. Good location for where I needed to be for work.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel from start to finish. The entire property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. My room was spotless, and it was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in keeping everything in top condition.

A special thank you to Raymond and the entire staff for their outstanding hospitality. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and commitment to making guests feel welcome truly made a difference.

The service, cleanliness, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Location on intercostal waterway was very nice. Easy to find from highway and close to many things to do. The Staff was nice and very friendly. The continental breakfast and coffee offered in the lobby was a nice bonus!

DISCRIMINATION!!! DENIED REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMAL & CALLED COPS ON US! DO NOT STAY HERE + ROOMS ARE DINGY, ROACH CAME OUT OF SINK DRAIN!!! Front desk staff JOE called the cops on my husband and I due to having a registered service animal & had us removed from premises at 11:00pm at night. Roach came up from kitchen sink when cops were speaking to us at our door. The police officers were SO confused and did not agree with the demand and claim made by JOE that they made their own claim and called us to follow up several times after incident.
I was uncertain if I would be staying at the hotel as we are here for business to renovate a condo we just purchased. I came in for lunch at Lola’s which my husband and I enjoyed during our last trip here. Lola’s is dog friendly, so it’s a bit jarring that the hotel had such strict disheartening policies towards pets, however my dog is not a pet he is a registered service animal. By law, in the United States a hotel cannot deny a service animal unless the animal is acting unruly or damaging to the property. When speaking with JOE at the desk, I was extremely respectful and showed him the documents for my service animal, I asked if I could speak with his manager who he said was not available until the morning. I said ok I will speak with him then and by law you cannot deny me. 20 minutes later cops were knocking at our door, they said JOE called the cops stating he was not comfortable with my husband staying there and that we need to leave. Upon leaving I told Joe again very respectively - I was nothing but respectful towards him, he blew this way out of proportion & the hotel is in fact discriminatory towards us. There are cameras and nothing was said or done for JOE to take such drastic action and have us removed. We even upgraded our room ( which they are all horrible especially compared to other hotels in the vicinity )
A terrible way to treat people! Luckily we found a cute room near by at midnight and the cops helped us and made sure we were comfortable. DENYING and hassling anyone over a service animal is ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!! A police report will be filed on our behalf as well as a discrimination case. Be careful if you sneeze wrong at the front desk they may call the cops on you and have you removed because they feel uncomfortable!!!!

Amazing Experience!! Raymond the manager is a rockstar. The whole team super friendly and accommodating. They took care of our family and checked on us the whole time. The restaurant 10/10 and the place looks super cute.
