Perfect stop before heading to the airport..
We were upgraded to a better room which was a nice touch, breakfast was excellent had everything you could have wanted and more. Pool was amazing, would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Very friendly staff on reception, bar and pool bar.
Great pool. Fantastic views over the ocean.
Food was good on the evening.
Free parking.

Cons:

We did have a leak from the aircon unit that went all over the balcony floor. I let reception know on the morning and if they could put a bowl or something under the leaking pipe so we didnt get wet feet when out on the balcony but this wasn't sorted.

Nice view and friendly staff, but the hotel's facilities fall well short of 5-standards

I enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony and appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the front desk staff.

Cons:

The facility appears to be an old property that has been restructured. The bathroom was poorly renovated, and the amenities were extremely limited, with only a shower cap provided. The hotel had only one elevator, which was out of service for several hours, causing significant inconvenience. Overall, the experience was far below 5-star hotel standards.

Pros:

Staying at other hotels in Mati we expected more, the breakfast was disappointing and although you have to pay to use the spa a number of the facilities were not working. The receptionist was very friendly. The hotel has great potential but needs to be improved. Although there was WIFI it was very slow

Pusryčiai 7 dienas vienodi, pasirinkimas labai kuklus. pasikeitimai-papildymai tik minimalus. Uz viešbučio spa papildomai prašo 25eur/zmogui. Bare kainos dideles. Viešbučiui reikalingas remontas. Sporto klubas max 20m2 patalpa. Lifto į sporto klubą tech pažiūra negalioja.

Pros:

Spacious room.we got free upgrade. The bar is excellent and has a beautiful balcony.

Cons:

Only few minor details. F.ex. the air ventilation in the bathroom wasn't working. But I didn't bother to mention it cause it was a very short stay. Also the restaurant is only a buffet style.

Pros:

1.The staff were nice friendly the two ladies were excellent
2. The site overall nice

Cons:

1. Far from the city center
2. The elevator did not work for more than w4 hours
3. Me and my have heart problems the staff helped us to go to the second floor through the staff elevator
4. Very costly to travel to shopping mall or to the city center
