Accueil très sympathique, établissement à recommander !
Heel dichtbij Gare du Lyon. Ik was er maar heel kort voor een overstap, maar bediening was heel vriendelijk.
Ik had beter google niet kunnen volgen s nachts met zn kleine straatjes en via de grote weg (Rue de Lyon) kunnen lopen, dat voelt veiliger.

Hôtel très bien situé entre gare de Lyon et bastille idéal pour visiter Paris . Nombreux restaurants aux alentours , proche transport. Personnels très agréables , aux petits soins pour les clients . Très bon petit déjeuner , chambres très propres , literies très confortables . Je conseille ++ et je reviendrais lors de mes prochains voyages à Paris
Je suis un peu pénible les rideaux pas assez occultants mais c est purement s personnel ☺️

Excellent services with great aesthetics and very kind employees
Alojamiento muy nuevo con todo lo necesario para una escapada de fin de semana. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero están perfectamente preparadas y cuidadas. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas a nuestra llegada antes del check-in y el domingo, también nos permitieron dejarlas al abandonar la habitación para recogerlas más tarde. Además el personal, que hablaba perfectamente inglés, al ver que éramos españoles intentaba entenderse con nosotros en español.
En el desayuno muy cuidado.
Muy bien comunicación, tiene a pocos metros el metro con las principales líneas de Paris, una de las estaciones de tren.

L'hôtel est très proche de la gare de Lyon, dans une rue calme. Les chambres sont confortables et parfaitement équipées. Le personnel est disponible, efficace et souriant.
Les chambres n'étant pas très grandes, elles ne sont pas forcément adaptées à un long séjour, avec des bagages encombrants.

It was convenient for the Gare de Lyon
When we arrived after 4pm we were given keys but although the sheets had been changed the room had not been cleaned and the bathroom/wc was disgusting. We returned to reception and were told it would be done, we were told we could wait in the restaurant area but that was mostly full of people using their laptops. Effectively we had to go out. When we returned the room smelt very very strongly of cleaning fluid, presumably to prove it had been cleaned.
Our “superior” room was on the fifth floor. It was very small. The roof trusses meant that in much of the room there was no standing room and one side of the bed was almost impossible to get into. Almost no space to open suitcases etc.
The shower room was incredibly narrow and hard to move around.
There was one tiny claustrophobic lift for the whole hotel and it was often being used by housekeeping to move linen. Sometimes it took many minutes to get up to the room.
The Riesner is not what one would expect for a 4 star hotel. The price paid did not reflect the standard of the accommodation.
