Purtroppo la nostra esperienza in questo hotel non è stata delle migliori. Nella camera abbiamo trovato delle formiche e la porta del bagno non si chiudeva correttamente. Nonostante avessimo segnalato il problema, sono stati necessari ben tre giorni prima che venisse riparata.

Un altro aspetto negativo è stato il frigorifero: per poterlo utilizzare era richiesto un pagamento aggiuntivo di 7,50 € al giorno, un costo che personalmente ritengo eccessivo per un servizio di questo tipo.

La camera, inoltre, non era insonorizzata e la musica ad alto volume proveniente dall'esterno si sentiva fino a mezzanotte, rendendo difficile riposare. Anche il condotto dell'aria condizionata perdeva acqua.Avevamo prenotato il soggiorno con trattamento di mezza pensione, ma anche la qualità del cibo, purtroppo, lasciava molto a desiderare.

L'unica nota davvero positiva è rappresentata dallo staff, che è sempre stato gentile, disponibile e cordiale. Peccato però che diversi problemi della struttura abbiano compromesso il soggiorno.

Buen hotel, buen lugar y fantástico personal
Pros:

Buen buffet. Una copa de bienvenida. Camas cómodas, alguna almohada un poco alta. Fantástico tener 2 jacuzzi exteriores y una pequeña sauna. El personal realmente amable.

Cons:

La TV de la habitación parecía un monitor de los años 90. Ningún canal en español :( NI TDT ... Esto deberían mejorarlo. La sauna, con un poco más de potencia estaría mejor. El día que la probamos... ni sudamos.
