Pros:

The location was excellent.
The shower in the room has great pressure.
The room was clean if a little outdated

Cons:

Temperature in the room was very hot with no AC. The curtains did not close fully so we were woken very early with the light coming through.
The sheet on the bed seemed to be too small and kept coming off.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, in centro e vicino ai mezzi pubblici. Vista dalla camera impagabile: un quadro sulla città. Nonostante le dimensioni ridotte della stanza, il bagno era discretamente grande, specie la doccia.

Cons:

Da italiana, non ho apprezzato la moquette a terra, che non offre un grande senso di pulizia. Purtroppo le tende oscuranti erano piccole e la luce passava ovunque. Le dimensioni della stanza davvero millimetriche. Certo è che abbiamo pagato poco, 330 euro in due per 4 notti a giugno, quindi non ci si lamenta. Se cercate un semplice punto d'appoggio per visitare la città, va benissimo.

Probably would not recommend staying there.
Pros:

Location in old town is excellent..

Cons:

No refrigerator. Room 222 incredibly hot and very noisy for opening windows. Kept awake until 2am by karaoke, then woken at 4 by drunks and then vans, cafe furniture etc. Overcharged until the message got through.
